Occupant protection apparatus
An occupant protection apparatus includes: a vehicle seat arranged in an inner space of a side wall of a vehicle; a side airbag device provided in the side wall or the vehicle seat and including a side airbag to be inflated and deployed between the side wall and the vehicle seat. The vehicle seat includes: a pressure-receiving portion to receive a load from an occupant seated on the vehicle seat; and a frame to support the pressure-receiving portion. The occupant protection apparatus further comprising an electronic control circuit configured to perform moving the pressure-receiving portion so that the occupant is pushed away from the side wall before the occupant comes into contact with the side airbag at an activation time when the side airbag device is activated by an impact acting on the side wall from an outside of the vehicle and the side airbag is inflated and deployed.
SEAT HAVING AN ARMREST ASSEMBLY
An armrest assembly for a vehicle seat may have at least one rest element and a support element which is connected to the rest element. The rest element may be adjustable relative to the support element between at least one resting position, one stowage position and/or a plurality of comfort positions. At least one first adjustment unit may be provided and configured to hold the rest element so as to be movable in at least two degrees of freedom in each assumable and/or assumed position on the support element. A seat having the armrest assembly is also provided.
Armrest device
Provided is an armrest device that can be positioned in an appropriate position suitable for the build of the vehicle occupant. The armrest device comprises an interior member provided on an inboard side of a vehicle door, and an armrest main body supported by the interior member so as to be moveable between an initial position and a projecting position more inboard and forward than the initial position.
Powered console with manual release
A console assembly for use in a vehicle provided with a floor. The console assembly includes a guide member, coupled to the vehicle floor, a moving portion, a gearbox assembly, a transmission assembly, and a disengaging device. The gearbox assembly includes a gear configured to rotate about a rotational axis in a first rotational direction and a second rotational direction to move the moving portion between a first position and a second position. The transmission assembly is configured to operate in a number of operating states, including an engaged state and a disengaged state. The disengaging device is configured to change the operating state of the transmission assembly between the engaged state and the operating state so that the moving portion is movable while the transmission assembly is in the disengaged state.
DOOR-MOUNTED HANDREST
A door-mounted handrest is at the vehicle upper side relative to a door armrest of a side door of a vehicle. The door-mounted handrest projects toward a passenger compartment inner side from the side door. The handrest is configured to support the back of a hand of a vehicle occupant who is resting an elbow on the door armrest.
Body-Adaptable Arm Rest Arrangement
A body-adaptable arm rest arrangement includes an arm rest having an actuation unit for adjusting different arm rest positions, and a base. The arm rest is connected to the base via the actuation unit.
VEHICLE CONSOLE SYSTEM AND MOTOR VEHICLE
A vehicle console system having at least one vehicle seat and/or vehicle table console, as at least one vehicle console. At least one attachment device corresponds to at least one locking element in order to attach the at least one vehicle console to the attachment device. The attachment device has two attachment regions to which the at least one vehicle console is locked via the at least one locking element, and wherein the attachment device has, at an electrically contacted attachment region of the two attachment regions, an at least second electrical contact surface corresponding to the first electrical contact surface; and a control unit that is electrically connected to the at least one second electrical contact surface and is equipped to sense the electrical contact between the at least one first electrical contact surface and the at least second electrical contact surface and to issue a command.
EXTENDABLE ARMREST WITH AUTOMATIC RETRACTION FEATURES
An aircraft seat system is disclosed, in accordance with one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. In one embodiment, the aircraft seat system includes a seat casement; a headrest portion; a seat back portion; a seat pan; and one or more armrests pivotably coupled to one or more portions of the seat casement. In another embodiment, the one or more armrests include an armrest body; a rotator link system; and a pivot link system. In another embodiment, the pivot link system may be configured to pivotably extend the armrest cap and pivotably retract the armrest cap.
Slide bearing and accessory using same with pivotally mounted bearing
A slide bearing for guiding a translationally movable sliding part has a first part having a first guide surface suitable for interacting with a first sliding surface of the sliding part and a second part having a second guide surface suitable for interacting with a second sliding surface of the sliding part. The second part is movable relative to the first part. A guide part is connected to the first part so as to be movable in a first direction and a second direction. A pressure device urges the second part toward the first guide surface such that the first guide surface directly engages the first sliding surface and the second guide surface directly engages the second sliding surface.
