Leg rest having distortion preventing function
A leg rest having a distortion preventing function, according to the present disclosure, includes: a fixed bracket fixedly provided at the front of the lower end of a vehicle seat frame; a rotating bracket provided at the front of the fixed bracket so as to be rotatable in a vertical direction; a driving unit connected to the lower surface of the rotating bracket so as to rotate the rotating bracket; a tilting unit respectively supporting both sides of the rotating bracket so as to intermediate between the fixed bracket and the rotating bracket, and tilting the rotating bracket in the longitudinal direction of the fixed bracket; and a link bracket intermediating between the driving unit and the tilting unit so as to prevent horizontal distortion when the rotating bracket rotates.
ARMREST ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE SEAT
An armrest assembly for a vehicle seat, the assembly comprising an armrest, a support, and an intermediate portion, the armrest being movable in translation along a vertical direction relative to the support, the assembly further comprising a locking device for the armrest comprising: a first part having toothed elements, and a second part capable of coming into contact with the toothed elements of the first part, and wherein the second part is movable between a locking position in which the second part is in contact with the toothed elements of the first part and an unlocking position allowing movement in translation along the vertical direction of the armrest.
Support assembly with cam assembly
A cam assembly includes a pin, a first cam, a second cam, and/or a bearing. The first cam may be connected to the pin, and/or the second cam may be connected to the pin. A bearing may be configured to rotatable support the pin. The second cam may include a first portion and/or a second portion. The first portion of the second cam may be configured to contact a track in a first vertical position of the pin. The second portion of the second cam may be configured to contact said track in a second vertical position of the pin. The first portion may be vertically offset from the second portion. The first position of the pin may correspond to an unloaded state. The second vertical position of the pin may correspond to a loaded state.
Track assembly
A track assembly includes a track, a support member, a lever, and a slider. The support member may be configured for selective connection with the track. The lever may be connected to the support member, and the slider may be connected to the support member. The lever may be configured to limit movement of the slider and to limit movement of the support member. The slider may be configured to move longitudinally along the support member. The slider may be connected at a top of the support member. The lever may be configured to rotate about an axis that may be parallel to the track. The lever may include a top portion. The lever may include a first position and/or a second position. The slider may be configured to selectively contact the top portion of the lever when in a first position.
Vehicle Access System
The embodiments described and claimed herein are improved vehicle access systems. In particular, one embodiment includes three compact, motorized mechanisms for pivoting a passenger seat toward a door opening, extending the passenger seat outside the door opening, lowering the passenger seat, and tilting the passenger seat to help the passenger stand. The first mechanism concurrently pivots the passenger seat and moves it sideways during the pivoting operation so that it is aligned with the door opening. The second mechanism extends the passenger seat outside the door opening. The third mechanism lowers the seat.
LUMBAR SUPPORT DEVICE FOR VEHICLE SEAT
A lumbar support apparatus for a vehicle seat, may include a support frame; a hinge plate mounted on a middle portion of the support frame; an upper end plate mounted on an upper end portion of the support frame; a lower end plate mounted on a lower end portion of the support frame; and a rotary supporting shaft having both side end portions fixed to a seatback frame, and having an anti-rotation bending end portion supported by the rear surface of the hinge plate, wherein the rotary supporting shaft is inserted into a hinge holder formed on the rear surface of the hinge plate for rotating the hinge plate
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat installed in a vehicle includes a seatback, a seat cushion, a seat frame, a movable part, a first spring, a second spring, and a preloading device. The first spring is capable of, when the movable part has shifted in a first direction, generating such an elastic force as causes the movable part to shift toward the neutral position. The second spring is capable of, when the movable part has shifted in a second direction, generating such an elastic force as causes the movable part to shift toward the neutral position. The preloading device is configured to change at least one of the elastic force exerted on the movable part by the first spring and the elastic force exerted on the movable part by the second spring.
RELEASE MECHANISM
A release mechanism generates a force on a cable to operate an adjustment mechanism or the like in a seat or other device. The release mechanism includes a rotor, a housing, a spring, and a cover that attaches to the housing. The spring generates a torque, and the spring also axially biases the rotor into engagement with the cover to prevent rattling.
SEAT ADJUSTER HAVING CHARACTERISTIC-MAP CONTROL AND METHOD FOR SEAT ADJUSTMENT
A seat adjuster, comprising an adjustable vehicle seat, that may be adjusted by an external force between an initial position and a target position in an interior of a vehicle, the adjustment of the vehicle seat from the initial position into the target position requiring at least pivoting of the vehicle seat about a pivot axis extending from a floor to a ceiling of the vehicle, and an electronic control device for controlling an adjustment drive to adjust the vehicle seat from the initial position into the target position. A characteristic-map memory coupled to the electronic control device is provided, in which characteristic-map memory characteristic-map data for adjustment movements to be carried out by the vehicle seat are stored. The electronic control device controls the adjustment drive by means of the characteristic-map data to adjust the vehicle seat from a current initial position into a certain target position.
Support assembly
A support assembly includes a support member, a side member, and a resilient member. The support member may be configured to engage a track. The resilient member may be connected to the support member, and/or the support member may be connected to the side member. The resilient member may be configured to compensate for different orientations of the side member. The resilient member may be configured to maintain a position of the side member relative to the track. The resilient member may be configured to compensate for different lateral positions of the side member relative to the track. The resilient member may be connected to a lateral side of the support member. The resilient member may be disposed proximate a first end of the support member, and/or a second resilient member may be disposed proximate a second end of the support member.
