An armrest arrangement for a vehicle seat structure including a supporting structure and a profiled shaft both fixed to the vehicle, an armrest body with a carrier structure, and a bearing device. The armrest body is mounted by the bearing device on the profiled shaft so as to be pivotably movable relative to the supporting structure about a longitudinal axis of the profiled shaft between a resting position and a supporting position. The carrier structure is held on the bearing device so as to be pivotably movable about the longitudinal axis, and a free end portion of the profiled shaft has a rotationally asymmetrical cross section. The bearing device is axially positioned on the free end portion such that the bearing device is positively connected to the profiled shaft about the longitudinal axis.

The recliner mechanism includes a housing plate, a recliner heart and an encapsulating ring. A lock for a pivoting member in a vehicle comprising: a button having a depressed position and an undepressed position; a cam abutting the button having a rotated position and an un-rotated position; and a rod operably connected to the cam having an extended position and a retracted position; wherein, when the button is in the depressed position, the cam is in the rotated position, and the rod is in the retracted position. The pivoting member can be an armrest or a seatback, among other things. The rod includes a first grooved section. The cam includes a first finger adjacent to the first grooved section. As the cam transitions from the un-rotated position to the rotated position, the first finger of the cam interacts with the first grooved section of the rod to cause the rod to transition from the extended position to the retracted position.
Vehicle headrest sliding device
A device for sliding a headrest towards the front direction includes a ratchet and a release lever installed in a side link which is a movable part. A release protrusion is formed in the ratchet and disposed almost in parallel with the hinge shaft of the ratchet. The release protrusion of the ratchet is pushed up to release the locking so that the headrest is returned to its original position.

A seat reclining apparatus includes a stopper which is movable between a forward-tilt restriction position to stop the seatback at an intermediate stop position in an unlock range, which is set in front of a lockable range in which a reclining mechanism of the seat reclining apparatus allows the angle of the seatback to be adjusted, and a restriction release position to allow the seatback to tilt forward beyond the intermediate stop position, and is situated at the forward-tilt restriction position when the seatback tilts toward the intermediate stop position from the lockable range. The seat reclining apparatus further includes a holding mechanism which keeps holding the stopper in the restriction release position until the seatback returns to the lockable range from a state where the seatback tilts forward beyond the intermediate stop position following a movement of the stopper from the forward-tilt restriction position to the restriction release position.

The invention relates to a forward pivot mechanism for positioning a seat back of a vehicle seat into at least one forward position and for positioning the seat back beyond the forward position into at least one further forward position, comprising a comfort lock for positioning and locking the seat back into a least one seated position, and comprising an easy entry latch for positioning the seat back into the at least one forward position, wherein a pivot range of the seat back into one of the forward positions can be limited by means of the easy entry latch, wherein the easy-entry latch is designed in such a way that it forms a forward limit stop during the shifting of the seat back from one of the seated positions into one of the forward positions.

In the case of a seat with an armrest on an automobile, an armrest lock mechanism may be released by, for example, the gravitational acceleration (G) in the event of vehicle collision. Accordingly, it is necessary to provide an anti-G spring for biasing to prevent the lock mechanism from being easily released. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an armrest unlocking device that enables a decrease in size of the anti-G spring. In order to solve the problem, provided is an armrest unlocking device in gear, the device operating such that the locking of the lock gear and the sector gear can be released by operating a lever link bracket so as to raise the lock gear, wherein the lock gear has a center of rotation thereof aligned with the position of the center of gravity.

A safety seat that includes a first base, a second base positioned on the first base and rotatable relative to the first base about an axis, a seat positioned on the second base and rotatable relative to the first base about the axis, and a lock disposed on the second base. The lock has a movable lock component configured to lock the first base with the second base. The safety seat further includes an actuator configured to disengage the movable lock component from the first base and permit the second base to rotate relative to the first base, and a link comprising a first end and a second end, the link extending between the movable lock component and the actuator. The first end contacts the movable lock component and the second end contacts the actuator.

The release mechanism is configured to move the catch mechanism between an engaged position where the catch mechanism holds the bed in the raised position and a disengaged position where the catch mechanism does not hold the bed in the raised position.
