CLUTCH MECHANISM AND SEAT STRUCTURE
To reduce a whirling movement and abnormal noise of an output gear part. An input-side shaft part 132 and an output gear part 131 which compose a rotating operation member 130 are integrally formed. Owing to this configuration, a bearing of a feed mechanism is integrated with the output gear part, leading to a reduction in a whirling movement of the output gear part due to axial misalignment. A stepped surface 131a formed on an outer periphery of the rotating operation member 130 is stacked on an outer surface 212a of a peripheral edge part of a gear-part through-hole 212 of an attachment bracket 210, and an elastic member 230 is provided between an inner surface 212b of the peripheral edge part of the gear-part through-hole 212 and a brake mechanism 120. This also reduces a whirling movement of the output gear part 131.
Striker
A striker applied to a vehicle seat includes an engagement pin having a bar shape and a mounting bracket. The mounting bracket includes: a covering portion that covers a part of a lateral surface of the engagement pin from outside and to which one end portion of the engagement pin along a longitudinal axis of the engagement pin is fixed; and a mounting portion that is mounted to a vehicle seat or a vehicle. When directions perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the engagement pin are regarded as first directions and directions approximately corresponding to seat front-rear directions are regarded as second directions in a state where the mounting portion is mounted, the covering portion is provided with a first load receiving portion that is approximately perpendicular to the first directions and a second load receiving portion that is approximately perpendicular to the second directions.
Lockout assembly for folding vehicle seats
The technology provides a lockout assembly that covers a latching mechanism, where the latching mechanism would enable a passenger to fold down the rear seat(s) of a vehicle. This can be particularly beneficial when the vehicle is operating in an autonomous driving mode, because certain areas within the vehicle may be restricted from passenger access. For instance, access to the trunk or cargo area may be limited to authorized service personnel. The lockout assembly includes a base unit and a cover. The cover is releasably secured to the base unit using one or more clip members. The base unit is fixedly secured to a receptacle of the latching mechanism using one or more fastener members, such as a screw. Once the cover is releasably secure, it may be completely or substantially flush with an inner edge of the receptacle.
LOCKING DEVICE FOR WALK-IN SEAT OF VEHICLE
Disclosed is a locking device for a walk-in seat of a vehicle capable of stably maintaining the locked state of the walk-in seat prior to a walk-in operation. An object of the present invention is to provide a locking device for a walk-in seat of a vehicle capable of stably maintaining the locked state of the walk-in seat prior to a walk-in operation (that is, the locked state of a drive plate for the walk-in operation of the seat) even if the engagement between the drive plate and a pawl is released due to deformation caused by a torsional load applied to a connection frame of the seat by additionally providing a separate component configured to prevent the drive plate from being rotated in an unlocking direction when a load is applied to a seat belt buckle.
SLIDING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A sliding device configured for a vehicle, includes a magnetic module configured to slide on a floor of the vehicle and be fixed to the floor by a magnetic force or unfixed from the floor depending on a change in magnetic circuit due to a rotation of a first magnetic body provided in the magnetic module; a plurality of catching portions formed on the floor, spaced from one another, and provided along a movement route of the magnetic module, and fastening portions provided on the magnetic module and configured to be pressed downward by a first elastic body, the fastening portions being configured to mechanically fasten the magnetic module to the floor by being lowered and caught by the catching portions when the fastening portions are matched with the catching portions while the magnetic module moves.
Sliding unit for vehicle
A sliding unit for a vehicle, the sliding unit may include a rail provided on the vehicle; a fixing portion formed of a material through which magnetism is flowable and provided along a direction in which the rail extends; a moving portion that is slidable along the rail; and a magnetic module provided in the moving portion, disposed toward the fixing portion, and selectively locked to the fixing portion by a magnetic path to selectively fix the moving portion to the rail.
VEHICLE SUSPENDED SEATS
A vehicle seat assembly including a vehicle seat mounted on a spring suspension system, the seat assembly having a safe mode into which it can be placed when the seat is unoccupied to avoid damage to the spring suspension system due to forces generated within the suspension system of an unoccupied seat. The seat assembly is configured to be placed in communication with a control system of an associated vehicle in which it is mounted and to invoke the safe mode in dependence on the vehicle being placed in a predetermined operating mode of the vehicle which is indicative that the seat will be unoccupied.
Folding seat
Proposed is a folding seat that is capable of being folding to various positions by controlling a lever and the folding seat is capable of improving utilization of space around the folding seat. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the folding seat includes: a seat frame; a seat back frame cross-arranged in back of the seat frame, the seat back frame having a first side rotatably coupled to the seat frame; and a locking portion coupled at a first side thereof to the seat back frame and rotatably coupled at a second side thereof to the seat frame at a position between the seat frame and the seat back frame, wherein the locking portion is configured to be inserted into a rear portion of the seat frame or to be separated from the seat frame according to an operation thereof.
SEAT WITH ARMREST, AND ARMREST UNLOCKING DEVICE FOR USE THEREWITH
In the case of a seat with an armrest on an automobile, an armrest lock mechanism may be released by, for example, the gravitational acceleration(G) in the event of vehicle collision. Accordingly, it is necessary to provide an anti-G spring for biasing to prevent the lock mechanism from being easily released. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an armrest unlocking device that enables a decrease in size of the anti-G spring. In order to solve the problem, provided is an armrest unlocking device in gear, the device operating such that the locking of the lock gear and the sector gear can be released by operating a lever link bracket so as to raise the lock gear, wherein the lock gear has a center of rotation thereof aligned with the position of the center of gravity.
ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
An adjustment device includes a housing in which a rotary element is rotatably mounted about a rotational axis, a locking device having a first locking element, connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the rotary element, and a second locking element arranged on the housing and which can be reversibly moved between a primary position in a locked situation, in which the locking elements have a form- and/or force-locking connection, and a secondary position without the connection. An adapter plate is rotates relative to the rotary element and the housing. An unlocking element cooperates with the adapter plate in an actuator region when the second locking element is transferred into the secondary position. The second locking element is shifted by an unlocking height in the unlocking region, and by a lifting height in the actuator region. The actuator region is arranged with the lifting height smaller than the unlocking height.
