Display system for a vehicle entertainment system
A video display system for a passenger seat of a vehicle. The video display system is configured to be mounted to a seatback of each passenger seat or to other structure such that the system may be utilized by the passenger. The display system includes a video display assembly having a display housing configured to be mounted to structure in the vehicle. A video monitor is housed within the display housing. The video display assembly includes a depending tab portion disposed below the area of the video monitor. The depending tab portion includes a tab display capable of displaying a computer generated graphic and/or information. The display system may also have one or more indicator lights provided adjacent the external edge of the display housing.
Storage Device and Vehicle
A storage device for a vehicle has a guide unit and a hinge element which can be guided on the guide unit and is moveably guided along the guide unit in a drawer-type manner. The hinge element has a contact rest surface and at least one lateral wall at an angle to same. The lateral wall has a plurality of fold regions such that a first hinge part and a second hinge part are formed between fold lines in such a way that, in a use position, the storage device forms a stable support for objects.
Tray table device
The invention relates to a tray table device, in particular a passenger seat tray table device, with at least one table unit, and with at least one cup holder unit which is provided in at least one position of use to at least partly hold at least one drinking vessel. The cup holder unit is movably mounted to the table unit.
Table arrangement
The present invention provides a table arrangement comprising a table moveably mounted to a table mounting structure, a compensation arrangement connected between the table and table mounting structure for reducing the force required to lift the table from a lowered position to a raised position, and a damper arrangement for reducing the speed of the table as it moves from the raised position to the lowered position, wherein the compensation arrangement is mounted on a shaft, such that as the table is lowered, the shaft rotates about its longitudinal axis and wherein the damping arrangement is arranged to act on the shaft to reduce the speed of its rotation about its longitudinal axis. The invention also provides an aircraft seat module and a method of deploying or stowing a table arrangement.
VERTICALLY ADJUSTABLE TRAY TABLE
Described are support surfaces (such as passenger seat tray tables) that have a pivot about which the support surface is rotatable. The pivot can be coupled with a track and movable relative to the track to adjust a deployed height of the tray table, such as among a stowed position along the seat back in which the pivot is retained at a first height; a first deployed position in which the pivot is retained at a first height and the support surface is oriented for receiving and supporting items; and a second deployed position in which the pivot is retained at the second height and the support surface is oriented for receiving and supporting items.
EASY-TO-OPERATE TRAVEL SLEEP BRACKET
An easy to operate sleep support frame for travelling is disclosed. The support frame includes a movable and curved chest rod which can move from a passenger's chest to the bottom of the seat; a chest cushion connected with the chest rod; and a headrest connected with the chest rod. The headrest can be placed in the back of the front seat or above the chest rod. The chest rod includes a circular arc segment with meshing gear teeth on the inner circular arc side of the chest rod. One end of the chest rod goes through the driving gear box under the seat to be driven by a driving gear box. The passenger can press a button to drive motors to raise chest cushion, and press the button to lower the chest cushion to be close to the seat bottom if the chest cushion is not used.
FOLDING TABLE
Folding table, in particular for an aircraft, with a frame preferably to be installed in an armrest or in a side-panelling in the aircraft, with a support device for a table top, with a displacement device for displacing the support device along the frame from a stowed position to a deployed position, with a folding device for folding a support element of the support device from the deployed position to a use position, and with a drive device for assisting the displacement device in displacing the support device from the stowed position to the deployed position, wherein the drive device comprises a linear drive element which is connected to the displacement device via a cable pull device.
Vehicle seat equipped with a fold-down element, such as a tray
The transport vehicle seat allows to avoid the violent collision of a passenger's head located on the seat placed behind and to dampen the violent forward rocking of this passenger, in case of a frontal collision of the transport vehicle. The seat includes a pivotably mounted fold-down element (10), such as a table, placed on the rear face of a seat back. It has blocking part (14) holding the fold-down element (10) in a substantially vertical position, blocking part (14) being able to break off during a collision applied to the fold-down element (10) and to allow the latter to go on rocking towards the back seat to which it is attached. Application to aircraft seats.
Passenger seat tray table
A support structure for attachment to a tray table for a passenger seat, a tray table for a passenger seat, and a passenger seat. The support structure comprises a support arm shaped to substantially match at least a first portion of a peripheral contour of the tray table; and a connecting structure for connecting the support arm to the tray table in a manner such that the support arm is configurable into a stowed position in which the support arm extends substantially along said at least first portion of the peripheral contour of the tray table and at least one support position for supporting an item on the tray table in an angled orientation between a surface of the item and the surface of the tray table.
MULTI LEAF SUPPORT SURFACE
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to a tray table arrangement having multiple leaves. The leaves are vertically stacked when stowed. Upon deployment, an upper leaf moves primarily horizontally and then lowered/seated vertically with respect to a lower leaf to present the full table to the user. The sequence is reversed for stowage.
