Cup holder assembly with expandable cup support
An exemplary cup holder assembly includes a frame and a cup support connected to the frame and configured to expand and collapse relative to the frame. The cup support includes a plurality of segments integrally and flexibly connected together.
Universal cup holder adapter for vehicles including temperature control feature
A universal adapter is disclosed for a cup holder included in the console of a vehicle. The universal adapter includes: a bezel; at least one receptacle extending from the bezel; and an electronic temperature control unit supported by the bezel. The bezel is configured in correspondence with a recess defined by the console such that movement of the universal adapter is inhibited via contact between an outer wall of the bezel and an inner wall of the console defining the recess. The at least one receptacle is receivable by the cup holder and is configured to receive a beverage container. The electronic temperature control unit is in electrical communication with the at least one receptacle such that energy is communicated to the at least one receptacle upon activation of the electronic temperature control unit to thereby vary a temperature of the universal adapter.
Magnetic Holder for Beverages
The present invention relates to a magnetic cup and beverage holder device. The holder device includes two magnets of opposing polarities, which allow an enclosed cup and/or beverage to remain stable and erect without spilling, even in a moving vehicle. The magnets are positioned within the base of the holder device, thereby creating a strong magnetic attractive force which stabilizes the enclosed cup and/or beverage. The holder device can either be used as an insert in a cup holder, or as a standalone device. The holder device prevents spilling and excess shaking of the beverage and eliminates loss of carbonation.
CUP HOLDER UNIT
A cup holder unit includes: a cup holder; and a slit groove provided adjacent to the cup holder and arranged to accommodate a cellular phone. The slit groove has a bottom face, a first side face situated on a side farther from the cup holder than the bottom face, and a second side face situated on a side closer to the cup holder than the bottom face. The bottom face has a first inclined face inclined so as to be displaced further downward the farther away from the first side face, in a range adjacent to the first side face. A center of a bottommost portion of the bottom face is situated at a position closer to the second side face than the first side face, in a cross-section traversing the slit groove.
VEHICLE CUPHOLDER ADAPTER FOR OVERSIZED BEVERAGE CONTAINER
A cupholder adapter for a large beverage container has a base, a container holder that upwardly extends from the base, and a shell insert that extends downwardly from the base. The shell insert snaps into a first shell, which may be press-fit into OEM vehicle cupholders of a relatively small size. Further shells may be sequentially and releasably attached over the first shell to fit the assembly to OEM vehicle cupholders of larger sizes. An axis of the container holder may be offset from the axis of the shell insert, so as to permit two such cupholder adapters to be installed in two cupholders closely spaced from each other in a vehicle center console.
Motor vehicle
A motor vehicle including a holding device configured to retain objects. The holding device includes at least one holding unit having a base, and a holding structure that extends away from the base in a primary direction and that contains two flexurally elastic lateral jaws that extend, proceeding from the base in the primary direction, to a head region, and a plurality of rigid coupling stays that are articulated on both lateral jaws and are mutually spaced apart in the primary direction. At least one of the flexurally elastic lateral jaws forms a holding jaw for engaging on a respective one of the objects.
CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY WITH EXPANDABLE CUP SUPPORT
This disclosure relates to a cup holder assembly with an expandable cup support. The cup holder assembly may be used in a motor vehicle. In particular, an exemplary cup holder assembly includes a frame and a cup support connected to the frame and configured to expand and collapse relative to the frame. The cup support includes a plurality of segments integrally and flexibly connected together.
ROTATABLE CONDIMENT HOLDER
A condiment holder for supporting a condiment container, said condiment holder including a body having a top surface and a bottom surface. An aperture is defined by an interior peripheral wall of the body. The aperture extends between the top and bottom surfaces of the body. The peripheral wall includes a plurality of sets of opposed wall sections and each set of opposed wall sections is configured to engage one of a plurality of differently shaped condiment containers. The peripheral wall includes at least three sets of opposed wall sections and the body is thereby able to selectively engage at least three differently shaped condiment containers. A clip extends outwardly from the body and is utilized to engage a fin of a vehicle air vent to secure the condiment holder thereto.
HOLDER FOR A BEVERAGE CONTAINER
A holder for holding, for example, a beverage can, in a tilt-proof manner, in a motor vehicle is designed with two rings that are disposed concentrically inside one another, serving as supports (7), which can be consecutively raised and lowered by rotating a control sleeve comprising radial cams. By raising only the larger ring, the holder is suitable for a beverage can having a larger diameter, and by raising both rings, it is suitable for a beverage can having a smaller diameter.
Food and drink holder
In one embodiment of the invention, a food and drink holder configured to be removably mounted to a cup holder attached to seats or an arm rest is provided that includes a drink receptacle. The drink receptacle includes a generally cylindrical sidewall having a central axis, and the sidewall is configured to be removably mounted in an opening in the cup holder. The food and drink holder also includes a food receptacle having a pair of sidewalls, a front wall, an end wall, a bottom wall, and a top end.
