Apparatus and method for remotely locking a container
A system including a container having a door pivotably coupled to the container that is movable between a first position and a second position. A locking assembly is coupled with the container and includes a first shaft and a second shaft generally parallel with and spaced apart from the first shaft, and an over center linkage extending between a respective first pivotal connection between the over center linkage and the first shaft and a respective second pivotal connection between the over center linkage and the second shaft. Further, the locking assembly includes at least one latch coupled with the second shaft and movable between an unlatched position and a latched position. The over center linkage is movable, when the door is at the second position, over center to a state at which the latch is in the latched position and the door is biased toward the second position.

Quick-mounting accessory for a truck
A cargo bay accessory for inserting into a cargo bay of a truck, the cargo bay accessory having opposing stepped side walls forming horizontal support surfaces at different elevations, wherein the support surfaces on one side are at the same elevation as the support surfaces on the opposite side, and wherein the lower support surfaces are laterally spaced closer together than higher support surfaces.

SAFETY LATCH FOR A DUMP BODY
Safety latch includes an active member having a support; a thrust pin actuator with a movable thrust pin actuator element movable to and fro along an axis; a thrust pin having a proximate end attachable to the movable thrust pin actuator element such that the thrust pin can be moved to and fro along the axis with movement of the movable thrust pin actuator element, and a distal end; and a biasing element to bias the thrust pin in an extended position. Passive member includes a catch with a thrust pin receiving hole. When assembled, and the movable thrust pin actuator element is slid to and fro, at least the distal end of the thrust pin can penetrate into or be withdrawn from the thrust pin receiving hole to close or open the safety latch. It can be attached to a dump body, say, as part of a dump vehicle.

TRANSPORT TRAILER WITH MOVABLE COMPONENTS FOR IMPROVED USER MOBILITY THEREON
Convertible transport trailers having upper and lower decks for positioning automobiles thereon for transportation and further having deployable and stowable components allowing easier user maneuverability to move about the trailer especially after parking the automobile thereon. In certain aspects, the trailers include deployable and stowable components including a catwalk assembly positioned on the upper and/or lower deck of the trailer and a pair of stanchions that are rotatable about a horizontal axis, each of which allow for easier user maneuverability to move about the trailer after parking the automobile thereon.
APPARATUS FOR A DUMP TRUCK AND METHOD
An apparatus for a dump truck includes a catch affixable to one of the tailgate and the open-box bed of the dump truck, a latch affixable to the other of the tailgate and the open-box bed of the dump truck, a face cam affixable to the chassis or the open-box bed of the dump truck, a follower fixed to the latch, and a return spring affixable to the other of the tailgate and the open-box bed, and coupled to the follower. The apparatus is useful for providing a secondary locking device by engaging a tailgate or door assembly on a dump truck.
