A method and an arrangement for optimizing load position in relation to a transportation vehicle, comprising a platform arranged to the transportation vehicle for receiving a load; an actuating device for moving the platform in relation to the transportation vehicle; a sensing device configured to generate a vehicle sensing signal and/or a non-vehicle sensing signal; a controlling device configured to receive at least one of the vehicle sensing signal and the non-vehicle sensing signal; generate controlling commands based on the received at least one of the vehicle sensing signal and the non-vehicle sensing signal; and transmit the controlling commands to the actuating device; wherein the actuating device is configured to receive the controlling commands and to move the platform in relation to the transportation vehicle based on the controlling commands.

Improvements to U.S. Pat. No. 9,346,389, Cargo Handling System, are desirable in order to tilt either the lower or upper extendable assembly independently or together to facilitate proper cleaning and to increase options for tilting, hauling, loading, and unloading purposes. The Extendable Tilt Assembly System is created by adding a tailgate guide assembly and modifying the guide assembly, the lower extendable assembly and the upper extendable assembly of U.S. Pat. No. 9,346,389.

Improvements to U.S. Pat. No. 9,346,389, Cargo Handling System, are desirable in order to tilt either the lower or upper extendable assembly independently or together to facilitate proper cleaning and to increase options for tilting, hauling, loading, and unloading purposes. The Extendable Tilt Assembly System is created by adding a tailgate guide assembly and modifying the guide assembly, the lower extendable assembly and the upper extendable assembly of U.S. Pat. No. 9,346,389.

A pallet and a transport device for the pallet. The pallet, includes a frame having side parts and a rod that extends between the side parts. A span of the rod is at least half of the length of the rod. The pallet includes foot arrangements having parts configured to guide the pallet onto a bed of the transport device. The transport device includes the bed, a chassis and articulations enabling rotation of the bed relative to the chassis. The bed includes side beams that are configured to engage with the parts of the foot arrangements thereby guiding the pallet onto the bed. A system includes the pallet and the transport device.

A 240 degrees radially rotatable deck assembly rotatable in either direction without requiring resetting in a park position and requiring only a rotatable outer ring of a slew gear connected to a rotatable sub-frame attached to the deck, a fixed inner ring of the slew gear affixed to a fixed sub-frame fixed to a frame of the assembly and only a single hydraulic motor requiring no cylinders and only one main valve body with incorporated electric solenoids reducing the complexity of the plumbing and the weight of the assembly resulting in lower construction and maintenance costs, improved fuel economy and allowing an increased load weight. The assembly includes a positive holding brake that eliminates blow-by of the rotating section and is rotatable in either direction without requiring being reset in a park position. Such a deck is especially useful on a tow truck.

A vehicle mounted loading and unloading apparatus is provided which has a stationary mounting rack removably attachable to a roof of a vehicle and a top rack that includes a container for storing cargo, such as bales of hay. A moving mechanism is provided to move the top rack relative to the mounting rack from a transporting position to a loading/unloading position in which the top rack is lowered behind the vehicle to facilitate loading cargo. The top rack is guided from the transporting position to a loading/unloading position by a track structure extending from the mounting rack, which cooperates with a bearing structure fixed to sides of the top rack. A movable shelf may be provided on the top rack for assisting with loading and unloading cargo. The shelf is slidable between a rear end of the top rack and a front end of the top rack for placing the cargo.
