The holding arm comprises a horizontal arm part, a vertical arm part and a handling head. The support frame comprises a first support frame side and a second support frame side. The second support frame side comprises a first end of the second support frame side and a second end of the second support frame side. The first rotation structure comprises a disc-like rotation unit for rotating the horizontal arm part. The diameter of the rotation unit is less than half of the length of the second support frame side, and the rotation unit is positioned nearer to the first support frame side than to the first end of the second support frame side.

A swing arm assembly has an elongated top rail pivotably mounted adjacent the second end of the main rail. The swing arm assembly is pivotable between a first position in which the first end of the top rail is disposed inside the cargo area and a second position in which the first end of the top rail extends outwardly through the access opening so that the longitudinal axis of the top rail is collinear with the longitudinal axis of the main rail.
