Modular portable storage container system
11858724 · 2024-01-02 · ·

A modular portable storage container system includes a storage container having first and second sections. The first section defines a first partial volume of storage space and the second section defines a second partial volume of storage space. The system further includes a lock mechanism with a lock arm, lock handle, and pivot shaft defining an axis of rotation. The lock arm and handle are fixed for common rotation with the pivot shaft. The arm extends radially outward from the pivot shaft to a roller assembly. A lock track is disposed within the second section and extends from a fluted open portion to a closed end, with a continuous track portion disposed therebetween. The first and second sections are movable between at least closed and open positions. In the closed position, the roller assembly engages with the lock track and retains the first section in contact with the second portion.

OBJECT HANDLING DEVICE AND METHOD
20200148469 · 2020-05-14 ·

An object handling device handles a first object and a second object. A lower support beam, a first side frame and a second side frame define a lower object holding channel for supporting the first object. A first upper support beam and a second upper support beam define an upper object holding channel. An object lift vertically lifts the first object from the lower object holding channel to the upper object holding channel. A beam lift pivots the lower support beam and the first object. A lower hoist positions a second object within the lower object holding channel. A first telescoping support beam and a second telescoping support beam define an angled object displacement channel. An upper hoist links with the first object for displacing the first object along the angled object displacement channel.

Truck caddy
10647241 · 2020-05-12 ·

A caddy for a pickup truck having a truck bed. The caddy including a body member and at least two elongate members securing the body member with respect to an interior of the truck. The body member having a bottom wall positionable on a floor of the truck bed, a forward wall extending upwardly from the bottom wall across the truck bed, and a pair of sidewalls positionable along lateral sides of the truck and each connected to the bottom and forward walls. The at least two elongate members are of a plurality of elongate members with an elastic length. Each of the at least two elongate members extends upwardly from a lower position at the interior of the truck toward a higher position at the corresponding one of the sidewalls. The elastic length of each of the at least two elongate members is stretched between the lower and upper positions, thus pulling the body member toward the floor of the truck bed.

Delivery, storage and blending system for multi-component granular compositions

Embodiments of the present invention include a method and system for blending multi-component granular compositions such as proppant used in hydraulic fracturing in well drilling. The system includes the control and management of an on-site storage system for each of the components, regulating the delivery of specified quantities of each component to a well site, and coordinating the flow of materials into and out of the blender.

DEVICE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING GOODS

Loading and unloading device configured for connection to a truck or a trailer of truck, having a main support frame, a support frame supported in a position adjustable by the main frame and a cradle supported in a position adjustable by the main frame and defining with it a goods storage compartment, and means for handling the secondary frame and the cradle with respect to the main frame along one or more directions of second axes X, Y, Z which are orthogonal to modify the configuration of the compartment.

Method and System for Determining the Length of a Demountable Platform
20200094725 · 2020-03-26 · ·

The present invention relates to a method for determining the length of a demountable platform. In the method, a hooklift is used to lift the demountable platform from the ground onto a vehicle, magnitudes of one or more physical quantities related to a position of the hooklift are determined at a moment when the demountable platform comes into contact with rear rollers of the hooklift, and the length of the demountable platform is calculated based on the determined magnitudes of the one or more physical quantities and the position and orientation information of the hooklift relative to the ground. The present invention also relates to a system for determining the length of a demountable platform.

Cargo systems for use with vehicles, such as autonomous delivery vehicles
10592851 · 2020-03-17 · ·

Systems and methods for delivering a requested payload using an autonomous delivery vehicle are described herein. In some embodiments, a cargo system for use with an autonomous delivery vehicle can include a frame defining a cargo space having an opening. A plurality of partitions can be positioned within the cargo space and configured to divide the cargo space into compartments. In some embodiments, the partitions are movable so that the cargo space can be divided into efficiently-sized compartments based on, for example, size characteristics of the payload. The cargo system can further include an access system configured to selectively define an aperture over the opening of the cargo space. The access system can vary the size and position of the aperture to provide access to only a selected one of the compartments regardless of the size and/or position of the selected compartment.

HOIST FOR VEHICLE WITH INTERCHANGEABLE BODY

A hoist for raising and mounting an interchangeable vehicle body onto a vehicle chassis. The hoist includes a hoist frame having a pivot end and an elevated end for slidably supporting the interchangeable body. A subframe with a bolt-on assembly is provided for fixedly connecting to the vehicle chassis. A linkage connects the hoist frame to the subframe. The linkage also includes a hinge joint member for raising the elevated end of the hoist frame. A hinge assembly pivotally connects to the pivot end of the hoist frame. The hinge assembly has a bolt-on mounting bracket for fixedly connecting to the vehicle chassis. A winch assembly is retained in the elevated end of the hoist frame and extending beyond the pivot end for raising the interchangeable body onto the hoist frame.

Lift cart assembly
10589655 · 2020-03-17 ·

A lift cart assembly for loading an off road vehicle into the bed of a pickup includes a lift that is positionable in a first position having the lift angling downwardly from a tailgate of a pickup. Thus, an off road vehicle may be driven onto the lift. The lift is positionable in a second position having the lift being horizontally oriented on the tailgate to lift the off-road vehicle upwardly from the ground. The lift is urged above into a third position having the being positioned in a bed of the pickup. In this way the lift positions the off-road vehicle in the bed of the pickup. A plurality of rollers is provided and each of the rollers is rotatably coupled to the lift. Each of the rollers rolls along the bed of the pickup for positioning the lift between the first position, the second position and the third position.
