WORKING EQUIPMENT WITH CAPABILITIES OF PREVENTING BUCKLING OF HYDRAULIC CYLINDER
A working equipment including a base; a movable arm; a hydraulic system including a hydraulic cylinder provided with a cylinder cavity a piston, and a piston rod, the piston dividing the cylinder cavity in a first chamber and a second chamber; and a load holding valve unit. A pressure measurement member is arranged to measure pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the second chamber during an outward movement procedure of the piston rod. A working equipment control system is arranged configured to receive measured pressure values obtained in the second chamber during an outward movement procedure, and to evaluate the measured pressure values by applying at least one evaluation criterion related to risk of hydraulic cylinder buckling of the hydraulic cylinder. The working equipment control system is further configured to perform a predetermined activity to reduce the risk of hydraulic cylinder buckling in dependence of the result of the evaluation.
Container Handler Fork Assembly Improvements
Container handlers including improved fork assemblies. One embodiment includes a vehicle having a chassis and a hoist apparatus pivotably coupled with the chassis. The hoist apparatus is movable between a stowed position and an extended position with respect to the chassis. The hoist apparatus further includes a pivotable fork assembly. The fork assembly comprises a frame and a carriage movably coupled with the frame. One or more tines are coupled with the carriage. At least one actuator is coupled between the frame and the carriage and is operative to move between a first position and a second position. Movement of the at least one actuator from the first position toward the second position causes the carriage to move substantially parallel to the frame.
WORKING EQUIPMENT WITH A LIFT FRAME ASSEMBLY
A working equipment includes a movable arm having a first end connected to a vehicle and a second end arranged to connect the movable arm to a load carrying object. A lift frame assembly includes a lift frame with an attachment part arranged to be attached to the second end. The lift frame assembly includes a set of actuators configured to change the positions of upper connectors relative to the attachment part along parallel movement axes M close to the opposite sides of the lift frame, and parallel to a symmetry axis S of the lift frame. A control unit generates instructions to control the set of actuators to change the positions of the upper connectors along the movement axes M during an attachment procedure for attaching the lift frame to the load carrying object in response of an attachment command, and sensor signals from a sensor system.
WORKING EQUIPMENT WITH A LIFT FRAME ASSEMBLY WITH ALIGNMENT CAPABILITIES
A working equipment including a movable arm. A lift frame assembly includes a lift frame with an attachment part to be attached to a second end of the movable arm, a pair of upper connectors at opposite sides of an upper part, and a pair of lower connectors at opposite sides of a lower part, adapted to attach the upper and lower parts to upper and lower parts, respectively, of a load carrying object. The lift frame assembly includes a set of pivotable guiding structures at opposite sides thereof. A control unit generates an alignment control signal to move the guiding structures from retracted positions into closed positions where the guiding structures are in contact with side surfaces of the load carrying object During movement of the guiding structures, the lift frame are forced to be pivoted to be aligned to the side surfaces of the load carrying object.
TRANSPORTABLE CONTAINER WITH SUBFLOOR FOR USE WITH A ROLL-OFF TRUCK
A transportable container comprises: a sidewall; a front wall; a floor; and a subfloor, wherein the subfloor is removably attached to a bottom of the floor, wherein the subfloor comprises: two or more rails, wherein the two or more rails matingly engage with two or more hoist rails of a roll-off truck; and two or more rollers. The roll-off truck can include a system for loading, transporting, and unloading the container and subfloor. The system can be a cable/winch system or a hook/lift system. The subfloor can be removably attached to a floor of the container via welding or spot welding, fastening, bracketing, or bolting. The container can be any type of container that is not capable of being loaded, transported, and unloaded using a roll-off truck.
Vehicle Mounted Loading and Unloading Apparatus
A vehicle mounted loading and unloading apparatus is provided which has a stationary mounting rack removably attachable to a roof of a vehicle and a top rack that includes a container for storing cargo, such as bales of hay. An adjustment mechanism is provided to move the top rack relative to the mounting rack from a transporting position to a loading/unloading position in which the top rack is lowered behind the vehicle to facilitate loading cargo. A movable shelf may be provided on the top rack for assisting with loading and unloading cargo. The shelf is slidable between a rear end of the top rack and a front end of the top rack for placing the cargo.
TROLLEY ASSEMBLY INCLUDING A TRAVELING CONTROL SYSTEM
A tire trolley assembly comprises a frame having a pair of supports including a first and a second support extending between a first and a second end. A connector is disposed at the first and the second end, attached to the support, extending between a primary end adjacent to the frame and a secondary end spaced from the frame. A plurality of wheels includes a first and a second wheel attached to the connector. A plurality of mounting members, including a first mounting member rotatably attached to the first wheel and coupled to the connector and a second mounting member rotatably attached to the second wheel and coupled to the connector. A traveling control system controls and steers the wheels of the tire trolley assembly.
Method and apparatus for translating dumpsters
A system and methods for translating a cable-specific roll-off dumpster onto a vehicle. The system includes a hook lift system having a control arm. The system also includes an assembly that is configured to engage with the control arm. The assembly also includes a frame that is rotatably engaged with a hook lift system of the vehicle. The assembly also includes a tow ring that is rotatably engaged with the frame. The tow ring is adapted to engage a hook of the cable-specific roll-off dumpster. The assembly and the hook lift system translate the cable-specific roll-off dumpster between a loaded position and an unloaded position relative to the vehicle.
Elastically deformable load bearing structure comprising a measuring assembly for the load
An elastically deformable load bearing structure includes a measuring arrangement for measuring a magnitude of a load acting on the load bearing structure in a loadable section. A mechanical transmission element extends from the loadable section to a measuring section of the load bearing structure and cooperates operatively with a sensor. The sensor is arranged in the measurement section. The mechanical transmission element is constructed as a pivotable rocker supported by a rocker bearing positioned inside a length of the transmission element.
Hooklift trailer
