TRANSPORTABLE CONTAINER WITH MATING ASSEMBLY FOR USE WITH A ROLL-OFF TRUCK
A transportable container includes: a container, wherein the container comprises: two sidewalls; a front wall; and a floor; and a mating assembly, wherein the mating assembly is attached to the container and comprises: two or more rails secured to an underneath plane of the floor, wherein the two or more rails matingly engage with two or more hoist rails of a roll-off truck; two or more rear rollers; and a loading assembly. The mating assembly and the loading assembly can be attached to the container after the container has been transported from a first location to a second location. The container can thus, be re-purposed for loading, transporting, and unloading via a roll-off truck. The container can be loaded, transported, and unloaded via a cable/winch system or a hook/lift system of the roll-off truck.
OBJECT HANDLING DEVICE AND METHOD
An object handling device handles a first object and a second object. A lower support beam, a first side frame and a second side frame define a lower object holding channel for supporting the first object. A first upper support beam and a second upper support beam define an upper object holding channel. An object lift vertically lifts the first object from the lower object holding channel to the upper object holding channel. A beam lift pivots the lower support beam and the first object. A lower hoist positions a second object within the lower object holding channel. A first telescoping support beam and a second telescoping support beam define an angled object displacement channel. An upper hoist links with the first object for displacing the first object along the angled object displacement channel.
Transport vehicle for containers
A transport vehicle includes a first support surface and two opposite guiding surfaces that are oriented towards each other to guide a container that is placed onto the transport vehicle in the direction of the first support surface, with the first support surface located between the guiding surfaces, and with a lifting platform arranged between the guiding surfaces. An adapter that is movable between a standby and an operating position such that a container placed onto the vehicle is guided onto the first support surface when the adapter is in the standby position and the lifting platform is down in a transporting position, while the container is guided onto a second support surface formed by the lifting platform when the adapter is placed on the transport vehicle in the operating position of the adapter and when the lifting platform is placed on the transport vehicle via the adapter.
A METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TRACKING THE UNLOADING AND LOADING OF CONTAINERS FROM AND ONTO TRUCKS USING MOTION ACTIVITY PATTERNS OF THE CONTAINERS
The present invention is a method and a device for tracking the unloading and loading of containers from and onto carrying platforms of tracks, using unloading and loading motion activity time course patterns characteristic of a specific container in combination with a specific carrying platform of a truck. In the invention the device is connected to a specific container and records the tilting angle of the container in the time course of unloading and/or loading from and onto a specific platform of the truck. A digital data processor produces from the data a motion activity time course pattern curve which is compared and matched for fitness to a predetermined standard motion activity time course pattern curve for the specific container and specific carrying platform of a truck and sends the degree of fitness to a data receiving terminal system. If the fitness of the two curves is found to be in close fitness, together with GPS data from the device, it is possible to determine if, where and when unloading and loading of the specific container took place.
Systems, Methods, and Apparatuses for Engaging and Transporting Objects
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for engaging, lifting, and moving objects such as wheeled cargo trailers are provided. In one embodiment, a mobile apparatus includes a transport mechanism, a frame, and one or more lift assemblies. The lift assemblies may be adjusted using one or more attached actuators that position the lift assemblies and/or components thereof for engaging and lifting an object. The transport mechanism may be autonomously operated. A vision system may be used to locate and identify objects and/or guide the mobile apparatus into position to engage and lift the objects. An adapter for a pneumatic braking system of a wheeled cargo trailer is also provided. The adapter provides a pneumatic attachment for a pressurized air source that is separate from a glad hands connector attached to the braking system.
Mobile drive unit having a conveyor module
A mobile drive unit includes a pivot between the front chassis unit and the rear chassis unit, which both support a support structure that pivotally supports a payload housing.
STACKABLE BASE VEHICLE
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a base vehicle, including a base vehicle chassis, an upper mount assembly including at least one mounting rail attached to a top of a frame rail of the base vehicle chassis, and a lower mount assembly including at least one mounting bracket attached to a bottom of the base vehicle chassis. The at least one mounting bracket is moveable between a retracted position proximate to the frame rail and an extended position distal from the frame rail. The at least one mounting rail is configured to receive at least one mounting bracket of an upper vehicle to mount the upper vehicle on top of the base vehicle. The at least one mounting bracket is configured to attach to at least one mounting rail of a lower vehicle to mount the base vehicle on top of the lower vehicle.
TRANSPORT VEHICLE AND METHOD OF USING TRANSPORT VEHICLE
The present application discloses a transport vehicle and a method of using it, and refers to the field of transport vehicles. A transport vehicle may comprise: a chassis trailer, a lifting device and a hanging device; wherein the chassis trailer may have a carrying area and a hanging area; the lifting device may comprise a lifting drive mechanism and a frame, the lifting drive mechanism may connect the frame to the chassis trailer, the frame may be flippably connected to the chassis trailer, the frame may have a first state and a second state relative to the chassis trailer, the frame in the first state may be laid flat on the carrying area, the frame may be used to carry an equipment body, the frame in the second state may be erected on the chassis trailer and may cause the equipment body to be erected on the hanging area; the hanging device may be provided at the chassis trailer, for hanging the equipment body from the hanging area and transferring it to a predetermined position. A method of using a transport vehicle, applied to the above-mentioned transport vehicle.
Systems for vehicle load management
Systemized controls, apparatus, and mechanisms for unloading or loading portable buildings or equipment with respect to a flatbed trailer or an open, flat hauling platform are provided by a load management system. Loads such as prefabricated sheds are loaded safely without damage onto a trailer for hauling to from locations which may have hostile terrain in the vicinity of pick-up or final placement. The load management system provides a series of powered continuous tracks and lifting devices used to extend the load management system to the ground and lift the trailer until its wheels lose contact with the ground. The load management system uses powered continuous tracks to move the trailer over potentially hostile terrain to an unloading location. Conversely, the load management system can be used for loading a shed for secondary moving or repossession. During transit the load management system remains locked into a retracted safe configuration.
TRAILER ADAPTED TO SUPPORT VARIOUS TYPES OF LOADING EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a trailer adapted to support/receive various types of loading equipment. The trailer comprises a chassis having a main frame adapted to be coupled to a motorized vehicle at its main frame front end, a wheel assembly for supporting the main frame, and a guiding structure pivotably mounted on the main frame at its main frame rear end and adapted to pivot between a substantially horizontal transport position and a tilted loading and unloading position. The trailer further comprises a support structure for fixedly supporting the loading equipment having a supporting frame, a translation means mounted on the supporting frame for supporting the supporting frame, and a complementary guiding structure extending from the lower surface of the supporting frame for slidably engaging with the guiding structure of the chassis. Therefore, when the guiding structure is in its tilted loading and unloading position, the loading equipment, fixed on the support structure, may be loaded on or unloaded from the chassis by longitudinally sliding the complementary guiding structure relatively to the guiding structure.
