Transportation system including autonomous detachable engine modules and passenger module
A computing system for an autonomous engine module stores a self-driving capability and is configured to determine, by communication between an autonomous engine module in which the computing system resides and other autonomous engine modules, and responsive to a user request for use of an autonomous engine module, at least one suitable autonomous engine module use candidate. The computing system may also generate a notification directed to the user including information relating to the at least one suitable autonomous engine module use candidate. The computing system may also receive a selection by the user of an autonomous engine module use candidate. The computing system may also, using the self-driving capability, autonomously drive the autonomous engine module to a designated pickup location responsive to selection by the user of the autonomous engine module as the autonomous engine module use candidate.

Two-level pallet for stackable loading
The two stackable loading level pallet makes it possible to transport one or two stacked cars in a container or airplane pallet. Said pallet is non-motorized, capable of being folded flat, stackable, and capable of being opened out by a forklift truck. In a lower position, the top support structure of said pallet, which is framed and has a completely free central space, fits into the bottom support structure of said pallet, and the top and rear front wheel support devices of the top support structure are inserted onto or in alignment with the bottom wheel support assembly of the bottom support structure and thus form all or part of a lower rolling path that makes it possible to load a motor vehicle onto the top support structure of said pallet via the own movement thereof and without an access ramp.

AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLE DELIVERY APPARATUS AND METHOD
An automotive vehicle delivery apparatus includes a traveling showroom structure with sidewalls and a rearwall that enclose an interior vehicle transport space and a substantial majority of which are made up of see-through panes. On board loading rails enable an automotive vehicle to be driven into the interior transport space and doors along the sidewalls enable the automotive vehicle driver door to be opened when the automotive vehicle is within the interior transport space.
Reconfigurable chock assembly
A reconfigurable chock assembly for securing a motorcycle or other two wheeled vehicle in a trailer, truck bed or other similar arrangement. The chock assembly including a left wing and right wing connected by a plate to thereby engage the wheel of the motorcycle both above and below the axle and inhibit movement and tipping during transportation as well as when stationary. An attachment bracket includes clips designed to engage a track installed on the wall of the trailer or truck bed box. The track includes a plurality of slots to engage the clips allowing for the chock assembly to be located at reconfigurable locations along the length of the track. The attachment bracket allows the chock assembly to be quickly and easily repositioned along the length of the track.

LOCKING STRAP SYSTEM AND METHOD
A locking strap system including: a locking strap assembly having a retracting and winding device with a main body, a winding shaft rotatably mounted on the main body, the winding shaft able to wind, in series, a length of webbed strapping, the webbed strapping able to be wound and alternately retracted sequentially based upon forces imparted on it wherein the webbed strapping when released is wound around the winding shaft via springs, a ratchet wheel which is rotatably mounted on the winding shaft, a pawl for selective engagement with the ratchet wheel for causing the springs to reduce a torque exerted to the winding shaft and hence reduce a retracting the force exerted to the webbed strapping, and wherein the locking strap system is configured to provide a safe means to secure a rollable object to prevent uncontrolled relative movement; the webbed strapping removably couplable to the rollable object.

STACKABLE BASE VEHICLE
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a base vehicle, including a base vehicle chassis, an upper mount assembly including at least one mounting rail attached to a top of a frame rail of the base vehicle chassis, and a lower mount assembly including at least one mounting bracket attached to a bottom of the base vehicle chassis. The at least one mounting bracket is moveable between a retracted position proximate to the frame rail and an extended position distal from the frame rail. The at least one mounting rail is configured to receive at least one mounting bracket of an upper vehicle to mount the upper vehicle on top of the base vehicle. The at least one mounting bracket is configured to attach to at least one mounting rail of a lower vehicle to mount the base vehicle on top of the lower vehicle.
