A device for launching and lifting a boat has a frame that includes at least a first frame part having a first end and a second end, at least a first cross-structure coupled with the first frame part essentially perpendicular to it and at a distance B1 from the first end of the first frame part, at least a first boat guide arranged on the first frame part at a distance C1 from the first end of the first frame part; and at least a first actuator arranged to be coupled with the first frame part at a distance D from the first end of the first frame part, at least one counterpart, and means for attaching the frame to the counterpart, wherein the first actuator is arranged to be coupled with the counterpart for enabling movement of the frame between a first position and a second position.

A trailer designed to be lowered and raised in shallow water to launch a boat or any other type of watercraft. The lowering and raising of the entire trailer is accomplished by (1) the front end of the trailer transforming the tongue and extension of tongue from a substantially straight alignment to a bent alignment by hingedly rotating the extension of tongue in relation to the tongue as facilitated through the use of a first elongated lever or rod and gravity, (2) the rear or back end of the trailer providing a rotation of an extension about the wheel hub to the wheel using a tube surrounding a rear axle that is actuated through the use of a second elongated lever or rod, and (3) all of this being accomplished at the same time from the interaction of the first elongated lever or rod and the second elongated lever or rod through a second arm located at a transitioning hub.

A transport rack mounts to a hitch mount of a vehicle and carries an elongated item such as a canoe or ladder. The transport rack includes a support structure where the elongated item may be loaded. The support structure is coupled to rotation plates while the rotation plates are rotationally coupled to a support post that is coupled to a hitch mount post that attaches to the vehicle. The rotation plates and support structure rotate together relative to the support post to provide an adjustable angle of the elongated item being carried by the support structure. This allows an end of the elongated item to rise above an obstruction such as the rear of the vehicle to which the transport rack is attached.

A multipurpose rack comprising a first racking assembly including a first securing portion configured to secure a first portion of a first transportation device, and a second securing portion operably connected to the first securing portion configured to releasably secure a second portion of the first transportation device, a second racking assembly including a first end portion having a clamping assembly, wherein the first end portion includes a lower support frame, a second end portion operably connected to the first end portion and spaced apart from the first end portion, the second end portion removably enclosing another portion of the second transportation is provided. A small craft includes a craft body, a propulsion device configured to propel the craft body, a position acquisition portion configured to acquire positional information about a trailer on which the craft body is loadable, and a controller configured to control the propulsion device on the basis of the positional information about the trailer acquired by the position acquisition portion during an operation for releasing the craft body from the trailer and/or an operation for attaching the craft body to the trailer.

The invention relates to a trailer that is especially used for moving over very soft ground and for launching lightweight boats, comprising a motor-driven supporting running gear (11) designed to hold the hull of the boat and extended by a longitudinal edge (12) ending in a lift jack (13) comprising a maneuvering handle (132). The supporting running gear (11) comprises an essentially tubular frame (111) arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the trailer, and to which a sealed differential-motor reducer unit (14) or an electric motor could be fixed.

The invention relates to a trailer (1) for transporting a vehicle (2). The trailer (1) comprises a supporting structure (3) adapted to carry said vehicle (2), and a bracket structure (4) comprising a tail light assembly (5) attached to a section thereof, said tail light assembly (5) comprising tail lights (6) for said trailer (1). The trailer (1) is characterized in that said bracket structure (4) is movable between a first position in which said tail lights (6) are positioned at the rear of the trailer (1) in a driving position, and a second position in which said tail lights (6) are positioned away from the rear of the trailer (1) in a loading position and wherein said bracket structure (4) is adapted to fixate said vehicle (2) to said supporting structure (3) when placed in said first position. The invention also relates to a method for placing a vehicle for transport on a trailer.

An expandable and contractible boat comprises a first outer hull and a second outer hull symmetrically shaped and arranged with respect to one another. The first and second outer hulls are movable relative to one another, and each of the first and second outer hulls includes an outboard side portion, an inboard side portion, a bottom portion between the outboard side portion and the inboard side portion, and a concave chine portion connecting the outboard side portion and the bottom portion. A cross-section of each of the first and second outer hulls is recessed at the concave chine portion.

A suspension assembly includes an axle pivoting plate mounted to the frame at a first pivot point and rotationally fixed to the axle. Also included is a connection arm having a first end onto which the wheel is mounted and a second end for rotationally fixing the axle to the connection arm. An actuator is pivotally connected to the frame at a second pivot point, and is pivotally connected to the axle pivoting plate at a third pivot point. The first pivot point, the second pivot point and the third pivot point are all located below the lower surface of the side rail. When the actuator is extended, the axle pivoting plate pivots about the first pivot point causing the axle and connection arm to swing rearwardly and rotate, causing the wheel to move vertically with respect to the frame to displace the trailer to a lowered position.

A boat trailer can be disassembled and packaged as a flat-pack system which will minimize the storage space required as well as the transport and production cost of larger boat trailers. The trailer can then be reassembled by a dealer or the end customer upon delivery. The boat trailer includes a support frame supported on the ground by wheels at a stern section thereof and a tow bar at a bow section thereof. The boat trailer includes separate frame components which can be disassembled into a flat pack form and joined together in series to form the assembled boat trailer.
