TRAILER-MOUNTED METERED PUMPING SYSTEM
A trailer-mounted pumping system includes a flatbed trailer having a generally flat deck surface, a pump, a batch controller, and a metering device in electronic communication with the batch controller, wherein the pump is configured to move a liquid from at least one tote supported by the generally flat deck surface to a location off-board the flatbed trailer, and the batch controller is configured to measure a volume of the liquid via the metering device. The pump, the metering device, and/or the batch controller may be disposed beneath the generally flat deck surface.
Mobile System For Supplying A Client With A Fluid
Mobile supply systems are used to supply clients with a fluid, in which a transport container and a fluid pump for discharging the transport container into a client's container or a client's pipeline system are mounted on a tanker truck. The fluid pumps are usually fitted with hydraulic or electrical drive and are supplied with energy from the drive assembly of the tanker vehicle during the discharging process. In order to lower noise emissions at the target location caused by the discharging process, according to the invention, an electrical pump drive is used which is supplied with power at least optionally from an accumulator. The charging of the accumulator occurs by means of the drive assembly of the tanker vehicle, but independently of the discharging process, and can occur, in particular, during travel and/or outside of the target location.
VEHICLE FOR DELIVERING INFLAMMABLE FLUID
Vehicle for delivering inflammable fluid comprising a tractor unit and a tank mounted on a support, the vehicle including a fluid circuit connected to the tank that includes a set of pneumatic valves. The vehicle includes an electrical circuit having at least one electrical component and an electricity source connected to the electrical circuit via at least one port for connecting to a connection interface. A cover moves between a first position blocking access to the connection port(s) to prevent the electrical connection between the electricity source and the electrical circuit and a second position not blocking access to the connection port(s) to enable the electrical connection between the electricity source and the electrical circuit. The vehicle includes a switch connected to the fluid circuit switchable between a first state enabling the operation of the set of pneumatic valves to allow filling or draining and a second state preventing the operation of the set of pneumatic valves to prevent filling or draining. In its first position, the movable cover switches the switch or allows it to is be switched to its first state. When the movable cover is in its second position, the switch is automatically switched to its second state.
VEHICLE WITH ACCESSORY DRIVE
A fire fighting vehicle includes a chassis, tractive elements coupled to the chassis, a pump coupled to the chassis, a discharge fluidly coupled to the pump, an accessory module coupled to the chassis, and an electric motor coupled to the chassis, the pump, and the accessory module. The accessory module is configured to receive a mechanical energy input and provide at least one of electrical energy or fluid energy. The electric motor is configured to provide mechanical energy to drive (a) the pump to provide fluid to the discharge such that the fluid is expelled from the discharge and (b) the accessory module to provide the at least one of electrical energy or fluid energy.
VEHICLE WITH SPRAY CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD
A vehicle system with spray control is provided. The vehicle system includes a vehicle platform for a vehicle, a dispenser configured to dispense a composition onto at least a portion of an environmental feature adjacent to the vehicle, and a controller configured to operate one or more of the vehicle, the vehicle platform, or the dispenser based at least in part on environmental information.
COMPUTER-CONTROLLED POWER TAKEOFF DRIVEN MOTORIZED PUMP SYSTEM
A computer-controlled motorized pump system is provided. A generator is mechanically connected to a power takeoff. A first controller receives AC power from the generator and converts the AC power to DC power and provides DC power to a computing system that has one or more processors and one or more computer-readable hardware storage media and a user interface. A second controller is directly coupled to the first controller and provides AC power to a motor. The motor is mechanically connected to a pump, and the motor is in communication with, or controlled by, the computing system.
HYDRAULIC DRIVING DEVICE OF SUCTION CAR
A hydraulic driving device of a suction car includes a HST circuit, a suction actuator, a supply channel and a switching valve. In the HST circuit, a first connection channel and a second connection channel connect between a traveling drive pump and a traveling motor in a closed circuit. The suction actuator suction drives a suction device by being actuated by a hydraulic pressure. The switching valve allows oil discharged from the traveling drive pump to the first connection channel to be supplied to the traveling motor in a first operation state. The switching valve allows oil discharged from the traveling drive pump to the first connection channel to flow into the supply channel and be supplied to the suction actuator in a second operation state.
Inclined retracting hose tray for tank truck
The invention uses a multiplicity of stacked storage racks at least one of which is inclined wherein each rack is equipped with a powered mechanism for deploying and retracting a large diameter drain hose or vent hose. The at least one storage rack that is inclined is used to store a large diameter drain hose such that a flex is formed in the stored hose which is at a lowered elevation than the uncoupled end of the stored hose. By this means a stored large diameter drain hose can transport, and not spill, fluid from a previous use.
OPERATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF A HYDROCLEANER COMPRISING TWO OPERATIONAL MODULES AND TWO SUBFRAMES ADAPTABLE TO DIFFERENT CARRIER VEHICLE FRAMES
The hydrocleaner may include a carrier vehicle provided with a frame, as well as an operational assembly which may be removably fixed on the frame of the carrier vehicle. The operational assembly may include two operational modules which may have all the operational equipment, including a first operational module provided with at least one tank and a second operational module provided with at least one pumping system, as well as two subframes. Each of the operational modules may be capable of being fixed on one of these subframes. Each of these subframes may be adaptable to different carrier vehicle frames and may be adapted to the frame of the carrier vehicle on which it is intended to be mounted, which may allow a rapid fitting and a rapid removal of the operational assembly.
