Adjustable cargo securing strap
An adjustable cargo securing strap including an adjustable first ratchet strap and each of a pair of ratchet strap S hooks attached to each of a first end and a second end, respectively, of the adjustable first ratchet strap. A hook member is attached to an upper surface of one of the pair of ratchet strap S hooks. Each of a proximal attachment member and a distal attachment member is disposed on each of a proximal end and a distal end, respectively, of a rubberized second strap. A second strap S hook is disposed through an aperture of the distal attachment member, and the hook member is selectively slidably engageable within an aperture of the proximal attachment member.
A WHEELCHAIR SECUREMENT SYSTEM AND ASSEMBLY
A wheelchair securement system includes a first anchoring mechanism and a second anchoring mechanism. The first anchoring mechanism includes a first bar, a first set of seat track anchors, and a first set of adjustable strap anchors. The first bar extends between the first set of seat track anchors and is secured thereto. The first set of adjustable strap anchors is secured to the first bar, and the first set of adjustable strap anchors is configured to be securable to a wheelchair. The second anchoring mechanism includes a second bar, a second set of seat track anchors, and a second set of adjustable strap anchors. The second bar extends between the second set of seat track anchors and is secured thereto. The second set of adjustable strap anchors is secured to the second bar, and the second set of adjustable strap anchors is configured to be securable to the wheelchair.
Reusable Stretching Tie-Down With Locking Links
A Reusable Stretching Tie-Down With Locking Links that is made up of two ends (tabs) and a plurality of links and joints between the ends. The two ends are composed of a beveled, wedged tip connected to a flat plane. The two ends are joined together by an alternating chain of links and joints. The Tie-Down can be used to secure objects in many applications, such as cargo in transportation systems, farming/gardening equipment, camping equipment, etc.
TENSIONING DEVICE INCLUDING A CLUTCH ASSEMBLY
A tensioning device includes a housing, a drive member, an inner sleeve, a driven member, and a clutch assembly. The housing includes an attachment feature. The drive member is rotatably coupled with the housing. The inner sleeve is disposed in the housing and is coupled with the drive member. The inner sleeve is rotatable together with the drive member relative to the housing. The driven member is disposed within the housing and is operably coupled with the drive member. The clutch assembly facilitates selective coupling between the drive member and the inner sleeve. A second attachment feature is coupled with the driven member. The driven member is slidably coupled with the inner sleeve such that the driven member and the second attachment feature are translatable together between a retracted position and an extended position in response to rotation of the inner sleeve.
STRAP SYSTEM FOR SECURING A PAYLOAD
The present invention discloses a strap system for securing a payload. The strap system includes a first fastener having a connecting crosspiece, a reversing crosspiece, and a hanger capable of attaching to the payload, and all connected together on each side by lateral members. The strap system also includes a strap attached to the connecting crosspiece of the first fastener and capable of passing around the reversing crosspiece and tightening the strap around the payload.
Tensioning device and driven member thereof
A tensioning device includes a housing, a drive member, an inner sleeve and a driven member. The housing includes a first attachment feature. The driven member includes a second attachment feature. The inner sleeve is disposed at least partially in the housing and is rotatably coupled with the housing. The drive member is rotatably coupled with the housing and is operably coupled with the inner sleeve such that rotation of the drive member facilitates rotation of the inner sleeve. The driven member is movable with respect to the guide member between a retracted position and an extended position along a centerline.
MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE
A mounting system for securing an appliance to a wall includes at least one wall bracket for mounting to the wall and at least one appliance bracket for mounting to the appliance. The wall bracket(s) includes at least one wall attachment location and the appliance bracket(s) includes at least one appliance attachment location. The mounting system also includes at least one strap lock for mounting to a floor adjacent to the wall. The strap lock(s) is operable between a locked position and an unlocked position. Further, the mounting system includes at least one strap routed through the wall attachment location(s), the appliance attachment location(s), and the strap lock(s). Thus, when in the locked position, the strap lock secures the strap in place, thereby securing the appliance to the wall.
CARGO COVER AND STRAP SYSTEM
A cargo cover and strap system is provided that uses one tarp with two layers or two separate tarps, where one tarp is made of solid polyethylene waterproof material and the mesh net tarp is made of a woven fabric or woven polyethylene layer. The polyethylene tarp fits around cargo being transported in the bed of pickup truck. The mesh net is layered on top or joined together with the polyethylene tarp. Stretchable and easy-to-attach straps secure the mesh net tarp around the cargo by using a configuration of hooks at one or both ends of the strap for attaching anywhere into the woven mesh net tarp. The combination of mesh net tarp and the straps with hooks allow the mesh net to be pulled taut easily and simply by the straps to cover any configuration of cargo being transported.
Safety Luggage Strap with Anti-scratch Hook Head
The utility model discloses a safety luggage strap with an anti-scratch hook head, which mainly comprises a hook, a tensioning hoop and a telescopic rope, wherein each of rope heads at both ends of the telescopic rope passes through a bent portion of one hook, and the rope heads at the both ends of the telescopic rope are reversed itself and then tightly hooped by the tensioning hoops to prevent the rope heads from being retracted from the inside of the bent portions, thereby enabling the connection between the hooks and the telescopic rope. The head of the hook is a spherical hook head which is a smooth spherical body. The spherical hook head is bent toward an inner side of the hook.
Shipping Container Fastener and Method
A device for fastening a container to a structure that stores or transports the container. The device has an elongated strip with first and second longitudinally-opposing ends. One end has a hook member and the other has an aperture through which a tie-down member may be extended, or another fastener for attaching a tie-down member or a tightener. The device's hook member may be inserted in a corner casting on an upwardly-facing surface of the container and the tie-down member may extend a first end through the aperture and a second end may be attached to the structure that stores or transports the container. By tightening the tie-down member, the container is drawn tightly against the structure that transports the container, which restrains the container.
