DEVICE FOR FIXING A CONTAINER ON THE LOADING AREA OF A VEHICLE
The invention relates to a device (1) for fixing a container on a loading area, having a bolt (6) and having a lift drive (10), wherein the bolt (6) is rotatable and by means of the lift drive (10) is displaceable along a longitudinal axis of the bolt (6), wherein the bolt (6) in a secured position by means of a locking element (21) is secured against rotation and against axial displacement.
The device (1) for fixing the container is improved in that the lift drive (10) is designed in such a manner that a head (7) of the bolt is displaceable through the slot (5) up to a first terminal position, wherein the head (7) of the bolt (6) in the first terminal position is spaced apart from the periphery of the slot (5) so as to have an axial clearance relative to said periphery, wherein the bolt (6) then is retractable to a second terminal position in which the head (7) of the bolt (6) bears on the periphery of the slot (5).
Remote release assembly for a surface mount
A surface mount assembly may comprise at least one connector set, including a mount anchor and mount fitting that are configured to lockingly engage, and a remote release assembly for unlocking the two. The surface mount assembly may include a catch to catch the mount fitting as it drops from engagement with the mount anchor. The surface mount assembly may further include a guide member for guiding the mount fitting into engagement with the mount anchor. The surface mount assembly may further include a case mount assembly that is crashworthy, in that it is configured to transfer the loads from cargo contained in the case to the mount fitting, while largely bypassing the case. The surface mount assembly may also include two connector sets, where the remote release assembly is disposed between the two and is configured to simultaneous release each of the two from engagement.
CARGO RESTRAINT SYSTEM
A cargo restraint system comprises a plurality of cargo restraint assemblies. Each cargo restraint assembly in the plurality of cargo restraint assemblies may be removably coupled to a cargo deck in various configurations. The plurality of cargo restraint assemblies may be reconfigurable based on a size of a plurality of unit load devices (ULDs) to be loaded and restrained. Each cargo restraint assembly may restrain four or fewer corners of respective ULDs simultaneously.
Vehicle for carrying containers
The present disclosure relates to vehicle technology, and more particularly, to a vehicle for carrying a container. The vehicle includes: a vehicle body, at least one locking mechanism provided on the vehicle body and a microcontroller unit communicatively connected to each of the at least one locking mechanism and configured to control each of the at least one locking mechanism to switch between a locked state and an unlocked state. Each of the at least one locking mechanism is connected fixedly to the container when the locking mechanism is in the locked state, such that the container is fixed to the vehicle body. The vehicle is advantageous in that it is capable of locking and unlocking the container in a simple way, thereby improving the efficiency of the vehicle in transportation of the container.
APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY LOCKING CONTAINER
The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for automatically locking a container, which includes: a cylindrical housing: a top plate installed on the top of the housing; a bottom plate installed under the housing; an elevation unit installed to move up and down in the housing; a locker installed to rotate left and right to lock and unlock a container; a guide guiding up-down movement and rotation movement of the locker; a first elastic supporting member elastically supporting upward the elevation unit; and a second elastic supporting member elastically supporting upward the locker. Accordingly, the present disclosure provides an effect that a container is automatically locked or unlocked by its own weight when it is loaded or unloaded, so it is possible to safely transport heavy containers always in a locked state and it is possible to prevent malfunction or poor function of the locker.
Latching device and method for automatic securement of a container to a container chassis
A container retention device comprises a housing and an actuator having a first portion disposed in the housing and a second portion movable between a first position inside the housing to a second position outside the housing. The device further comprises a first link assembly in the housing engageable by the first portion of the actuator and movable in response to movement of the second portion between the first and second positions. Also, a second link assembly is disposed in the housing having a third portion engageable by the first link, a fourth portion, and a fifth portion disposed between the third portion and the fourth portion wherein the third portion and the fourth portion are rotatable about the fifth portion in response to movement of the first link assembly. A locking member is extendable outside the housing in response to movement of the second portion to the first position. A container retention method is also disclosed.
