Method and implement for load securement
A load securement device may comprise an extendable pole and a plurality of attachments. The device may be operable to manipulate a tie down of a cargo trailer. As non-limiting examples, the tie down may be a cargo strap, a cargo chain, or an elastic cord used to secure a cargo or to secure a tarp over the cargo. The extendable pole may be lengthened to reach the top of the cargo. The extendable pole may be shortened to take up less space for storage. The plurality of attachments may alter a distal end of the extendable pole to enable the extendable pole to perform multiple tasks necessary for securing the cargo. As non-limiting examples, the plurality of attachments may enable the extendable pole to toss the cargo strap, to pull the cargo strap, or lift a hard corner.
Truck trailer with deck-level and curb-level unloading capability and additional cubic capacity
A trailer includes a front section having a first floor with an upper surface at a fixed vertical level approximately between three and six feet above a street level, a middle section, and a rear section having a second floor with an upper surface at the fixed vertical level. A horizontally-oriented platform is disposed in the middle section. A lifting mechanism is coupled to the platform and selectively raises and lowers the platform between a lower position of one to two feet above street level, otherwise known as curb-level, and an upper position of approximately between three and seven feet above street level.

Side wall assembly for use in a pickup truck bed
At least one and, preferably, a pair of generally parallel side wall assemblies for use in a pick-up truck bed are provided. Each of the assemblies includes a vertically extending side wall having an upper surface and a set of linearly spaced pockets extending from the upper surface and into the side wall. Each of the pockets receives and retains a stake in a stowed position within the side wall wherein the bed has a first storage capacity. Each of the pockets allows its stake to move therein to an extended position above the upper surface wherein the bed has a second storage capacity greater than the first storage capacity in the extended positions of the stakes.

Apparatus for moving and securing articles in a pickup truck cargo bed
An apparatus is provided for moving and securing articles in a pickup truck cargo bed. The pickup truck cargo bed may have opposing sidewalls, cab wall, tailgate, and floor. The apparatus comprises a plurality of tracks configured to connect to the pickup truck cargo bed, the plurality of tracks extending substantially along a longitudinal length of the pickup truck cab and defining a channel. A push plate slidably is mounted to the plurality of tracks with a movement member, and the push plate configured to stand perpendicular to the floor. The apparatus also comprises an actuator in mechanical communication with the push plate, the actuator configured to move the push plate to a desired position in the pickup truck cargo bed. An adjustable enclosed area is defined by the push plate, opposing side walls, and tail gate.
Door assembly for delivery vehicle
A vehicle includes a chassis, a body, and a door assembly. The body is supported by the chassis, and defines a driver compartment and a cargo compartment. The driver compartment has a cab opening and the cargo compartment has a cargo opening. The door assembly is coupled to the body and provides selective access into the driver compartment and into the cargo compartment through the cab opening and cargo opening, respectively. The door assembly includes a first door and a second door. The first door is movable between a first position extending across the cab opening and a second position extending across a portion of the cab opening. The second door is movable between a third position extending across the cargo opening and a fourth position extending across a portion of the cab opening.

Cable Support Safety System for Semi-Trailers
The present invention relates generally to the field of semi-trailers. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cable support safety system for semi-trailers, primarily comprised of at least one spring pole, at least one main cable, and at least one spring pole retention cable. The main cable can be secured along the length of the trailer roof, wherein the spring pole retention cable can then be secured to the cable and to the spring pole after the spring pole is secured within a semi-trailer. In this manner, the spring pole can only move the length of the retention cable if the spring pole is dislodged or moved.
