A support for a component in the front or in the rear of a motor vehicle, in particular for a lighting device or for a sensor unit, or for a module within a lighting device of a motor vehicle, in particular for a light module. The support includes a support body, at least one receiving section for receiving the component or the module at the support, and at least one connecting section for connecting the support to the front or to the rear of the motor vehicle or for connecting the support to the lighting device. The support body includes at least one plastic part and at least one metallic part that is connected to the plastic part. The plastic part has, at least in part, a material component made of a sustainable plastic.

A visual front alert system attached to a vehicle for instructing observers as to movement of the vehicle. A body incorporates a plurality of illuminating elements configured in a strip extending substantially the length thereof and communicating with a processor also integrated into the body and incorporating a motion control circuitry. A power supply operates the processor and illuminating elements. In response to a travel condition of the vehicle, the motion control circuitry outputs a signal to the processor which is representative of the vehicle movement, the processor in turn signals the illuminating elements to generate a visual output corresponding to the signal.

A sensor and indicator light mounting structure comprising: a single sensor configured to observe an obstacle by emitting an emission wave to an area around a vehicle body of a cargo handling vehicle and receiving a reflection of the emission wave; a single indicator light configured to notify a person around the vehicle body of a presence of the cargo handling vehicle; and a mounting member configured to mount the sensor and the indicator light on the vehicle body, wherein the mounting member is configured to be disposed on an upper surface of the vehicle body, the sensor and the indicator light vertically overlap each other to be mounted on the mounting member, and the indicator light is arranged below the sensor.
