Vehicular Front Brake Light System
The present invention relates to a front brake light system and a vehicle equipped with the front brake light system. The front brake light system includes a plurality of LEDs and an impact camera. The LEDs are illuminated in a color such as red when the brake pedal of vehicle is depressed by the driver, thereby alerting users in front of the vehicle of the braking process. The impact camera starts to record images and/or videos of an area in front of the vehicle when the brake pedal of the vehicle is depressed by the driver. The front brake light system receives electrical power from the internal electrical power of the vehicle and is actuated when the brake pedal is depressed. The front brake light system can be hexagonal in shape. In some embodiments, the front brake light system works simultaneously with a conventional rear brake light system.
HATCHBACK DOOR FOR MOTOR VEHICLES
A hatchback door includes a load-bearing inner panel made of composite plastic material, a plastic top outer panel glued on a top portion of the inner panel, and a plastic bottom outer panel glued on a bottom portion of the inner panel. The top panel includes a first layer of transparent plastic material and a second layer of opaque plastic material or opaque paint. The opaque layer covers only some of the transparent layer such that the top panel is transparent in a central part overlying a rear-window opening of the inner panel and in its peripheral portions that function as transparent elements for two lateral sets of lights and a third top set of lights. The light sets are without a front transparent element and are connected to a rear side of the top panel. The transparent peripheral portions constitute the front transparent elements of the light sets.
BRAKE LIGHT ASSEMBLY
An improved brake light assembly is a brake light with a housing and internal light emitting diodes for attachment in the back window of a vehicle that illuminates when the brake pedal is depressed. When the Light Emitting Diodes are illuminated, the words “No Texting” are formed.
Retractable vehicle light assemblies for tailgates
A light assembly for a tailgate of a vehicle, including a housing, and a light source. The housing is pivotally coupled to the tailgate for movement of the housing between a use positon and a stowed position. The light source is coupled to the housing. In the use position the light source is positioned outside of the tailgate. In the stowed position the light source is positioned within the tailgate.
TRANSPARENT SPOILER
A transparent spoiler for a vehicle including a first section, at least a portion of the first section having a first visual characteristic, and a second section, at least a portion of the second section having a second visual characteristic, the second visual characteristic defining a greater visibility through the second section than the visibility through the first section.
Vehicle
A vehicle includes a back door glass, a high mount stop lamp provided in front of the back door glass facing the back door glass in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, an interior panel provided below the high mount stop lamp and configured to extend along the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and a seal member. The high mount stop lamp includes a lamp base and an extension portion configured to extend from the lamp base toward the back door glass at a rear of the vehicle in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The seal member is configured to seal a space between the back door glass and the extension portion.
STOP LAMP AND CARGO LAMP ASSEMBLY
A stop lamp and cargo lamp system comprises a circuit board; a stop lamp mounted on the circuit board; a first cargo lamp assembly including a first cargo lamp mounted on the circuit board and a first directional tube coupled to the first cargo lamp and formed a first downward angle with a surface of the circuit board; and a second cargo lamp assembly including a second cargo lamp mounted on the circuit board and a second directional tube coupled to the second cargo lamp and form a second downward angle with the surface of the circuit board, wherein the second downward angle is different from the first downward angle.
Illuminated vehicle compartment
A vehicle is provided herein that includes a pickup box defining a storage compartment therein. A liner is disposed on an exterior surface of the pickup box. A first luminescent structure is disposed within the liner and is configured to luminesce in response to receiving excitation light from a first light source.
LIGHT SOURCE DEVICE AND VEHICLE LAMP
Provided is a light source device including: a planar light source provided with a light emitting curved surface; and an optical member that directs light from the light emitting curved surface toward a light emitting elongated region forming an angle with the light emitting curved surface.
Firefighting or rescue apparatus including a light integrated handle
A firefighting or rescue apparatus includes a frame, cab and/or body to which a signal light grab handle or elongated light integrated handle is mounted. The handle is operable in an illumination mode in which the grab handle emits illumination in a predefined manner, and a sleep mode in which the grab handle emits no illumination. The grab handle includes a light strip including a plurality of light sources, such as LEDs. This strip can be coupled to a wire that extends through one or more handle attachment brackets, and through an exterior outer panel of the apparatus. The light grab handle provides at least one of warning lights, brake lights and signal lights to observers of the firefighting apparatus when actuated.
