Turn signal riding gloves
10206442 · 2019-02-19 ·

The turn signal riding gloves is a pair of gloves with lights integrated into an exterior surface that form turn signals or a braking signal light. Each of the pair of gloves operates independent of one another. Each of the pair of gloves includes a powering member that is wired in between a plurality of buttons and the plurality of lights. The plurality of buttons may be linearly aligned along a side surface of an index finger of the respective glove. In use, the motorcyclist simply raises an applicable hand and corresponding glove into the air, and pressing one of the plurality of buttons in order to generate a brake light signal, left turn signal, or right turn signal.

Vehicle directional indicator for autonomous and non-autonomous vehicles
20190031091 · 2019-01-31 ·

A vehicle directional indicator is provided for enhancing the safety and knowledge of all persons using roadways, including drivers, pedestrians, and bikers. Depending on the position applied to the directional indicator for a driver or driverless vehicle, power can be sent to the left turn signal light or the right turn signal light or the straight ahead signal light. These signal lights include indicator lights on the dashboard, as well as front and rear exterior indicator lights. The straight ahead directional indication is particularly useful at an intersection, where multiple vehicles and pedestrians are weighing the directional indicators of the other vehicles at the intersection, assured clear distances, oncoming traffic and multiple other traffic patterns, to provide the safest and most timely continued travel.

Unforgeable license plate system
12054105 · 2024-08-06 · ·

The present invention relates to a secured and unforgeable digital license plate that facilitates tracking of a vehicle's location and the monitoring of the vehicle's mechanical and electrical condition, as well as providing indications about the vehicle's traffic and parking lot violations. The display on the digital license plate is highly visible to both motor vehicle enforcement officers and to drivers and passengers of nearby vehicles, and is indicative that the vehicle bearing the digital license plate with the displayed indication is exhibiting anomalous motor activity.

Lighting and/or signaling device with scrolling effect

A light-emitting device, especially for lighting and/or signaling for a motor vehicle, includes at least a first electroluminescent module and a second electroluminescent module energized in series. Each electroluminescent module includes, in parallel: a first branch having a light source having a first direct threshold voltage beyond which the light source is gated on, and a second branch having an element such that the voltage on the terminals of the element is less than the first direct threshold voltage of the light source. A third branch has a timing module able to time a predetermined period and modify, at the end of the predetermined period, an overall impedance of the second branch so that a voltage in the second branch is greater than the first direct threshold voltage of the light source. The predetermined period in the first electroluminescent module is less than that of the second electroluminescent module.

Light assembly with LED string

A light-emitting diode (LED) string includes an electrically conductive wire and a plurality of LEDs. The LEDs are electrically connected to the wire in series along an axial length of the wire. The LED string may include a solder layer, with the LEDs electrically connected to the wire via the solder layer. A tube having an optional phosphor coating may circumscribe the wire and LEDs. When connected to a surface, the LED string emits light in a band of at least 180 degrees with respect to the surface. A light assembly includes a first surface and a first LED string configured as set forth above. The light assembly may include a second LED string positioned with respect to the surface and having additional LEDs configured to illuminate in response to a second control signal from the controller.
