The guide part guides the camera in a process in which the camera is moved from the initial assembly position to the final assembly position while regulating a movement of the lens of the camera in upward, downward, rightward, and leftward directions with respect to the upper column cover.

The decorative component is formed into a band and a leading-end portion of the decorative component has a tapered form in which an inner edge curves towards an outer circumference of the rim and serves as a curving edge. The surface skin includes a curved-side section adjoining the curving edge and a non-curved-side section adjoining a non-curving edge of the leading-end portion. The curved-side section includes a main body that includes a curving portion which corresponds to the curving edge of the leading-end portion in shape, and an extended portion that extends beyond an apex of the leading-end portion and extends towards the non-curving edge of the leading-end portion of the decorative component. A region of the extended portion beyond the apex is joined to a leading edge of the non-curved-side section.

A multi-function input apparatus of a steering wheel that includes an outer dial having a planar surface, and a center dial having a convex surface such that the center dial extends outwardly from the steering wheel. The center dial being disposed within the outer dial. The outer dial is rotatable about a rotation axis independent of the center dial such that the center dial is rotatably fixed when the outer dial rotates. The center dial is translatable on the steering wheel in a lateral direction and a longitudinal direction such that the outer dial translates simultaneously with the center dial such that the rotation axis is movable relative to the steering wheel.

Supporting documents may include vehicle registration, proof of insurance, etc. The external device fastener may be connected to a rear face of the multi-pocket pouch so that the multi-pocket pouch can be attached to the vehicle's steering wheel.
