STEERING-WHEEL COMPUTER BRACKET
A steering-wheel computer bracket includes two foldable support assemblies. Each foldable support assembly comprises a fixed portion, a movable portion, and a support element. An end of the movable portion is hinged to a side of the fixed portion and can be flipped to have an angle with respect to or to attach to the side of the fixed portion, the other side of the fixed portion serves as a mounting surface; an end of the support element is rotatably connected to the other end of the movable portion, the support element is capable of being flipped, along with the movable portion being flipped, to attach to a side of the fixed portion or to have an angle relative to the side of the fixed portion.
DRIVER STATION WITH MODULE COMPRISING AN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION INTERFACE ELEMENT AND ASSOCIATED VEHICLE
A driver station of a vehicle including a support structure and a module that has a central part, a steering wheel and an electronic communication interface element. The central part is connected to the support structure. The steering wheel and the electronic communication interface element are arranged on either side of the central part along a main direction. The module is able to be moved relative to the support structure between a first position, in which the steering wheel is provided to be across from a driver, and a second position, in which the electronic communication interface element is provided to be across from the driver.
ARMREST MODULE WITH HUMAN-MACHINE INTERFACE FOR VEHICLE SEAT
An armrest module for a motor vehicle. The armrest module includes an armrest arm able to support the arm of an occupant of the motor vehicle, the armrest arm extending primarily in a longitudinal direction (X); a pad, the pad being pivotable relative to the armrest arm about two axes (A1, A2) which are perpendicular to each other, the two axes (A1, A2) also being perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X) of the armrest arm; and a human-machine interface provided by the pad.
STEERING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE, IN PARTICULAR AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A steering device for a vehicle having a steering wheel, a steering wheel hub or steering wheel spokes which are connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the steering wheel for transmission of a steering motion, a central part which is disposed in a stationary position with respect to the steering wheel in a central region defined by the steering wheel and which has a visible surface area in the central region formed predominantly by a screen display and wherein the screen display is an input/output device and is configured for control of at least one functionality of the vehicle.
Self leveling steering wheel mount assembly for electronic cell phone device having side camera
A combination of a vehicle including a steering wheel assembly and an electronic cell phone device having a side positioned camera and a mounting system that enables said cell phone device to be mounted on said steering wheel assembly. The camera faces at least one front seat side window of the vehicle allowing handsfree recording and uploading to cloud storage of events inside and outside the vehicle without the necessity of the driver positioning the camera at the area being recorded.
TOUCH PANEL SWITCH DEVICE
A touch panel switch device includes a display panel, a touch panel placed correspondingly to the display panel, a storage part and a control part. The storage part stores switch image information according to respective operation functions, code information according to the respective operation functions and placement information for display designating placement of switch images to be displayed on the display panel. The control part is configured to make the display panel display the switch images according to the switch image information and the placement information for display, and, in accordance with a touch operation onto the touch panel, read out from the storage part the code information corresponding to the switch image displayed at a location of the touch operation, perform output control of the code information, and also perform a rewrite process of the placement information for display based on received information.
SAFETY CONTROL SYSTEM FOR VEHICLES
According to one aspect of one embodiment of the present invention, a safety control system for using applications in vehicles, includes, a communication device having at least one of an input accessible from within the vehicle and an output communicated within the vehicle, at least one sensor operable to sense at least one condition related to vehicle operation, and data about distraction features of a running application, to and a controller communicated with the sensor and the communication device to selectively suppress at least one of said input and said output in response to a sensed parameter of said at least one condition being outside of a threshold. When an input is suppressed, the driver is prevented from accessing or inputting information into the communication device. When an output is suppressed, communication between the device and the driver of a vehicle is suppressed to, among other things, avoid distracting the driver during certain driving situations or conditions relating to the driver, vehicle and/or environment.
DEVICE FOR MOUNTING AN OBJECT
A device for holding an object to a support utilizing a base member that is connected to a resilient body via a connection mechanism. An arm is hingedly connected to the base member and possesses a surface for mounting an object. The base member and resilient body fit over a support.
Handsfree Smartphone Stand for Mounting behind the Steering Wheel
The handsfree smartphone stand for mounting behind the steering wheel consists of a strap and a clasp/holder with angles, mechanisms and dimensions that hold the phone firmly in the space shown in Drawing 1 (19). This placement allows the driver to operate the telephone while keeping both hands on the wheel without presenting an obstacle during normal operation. The position also prevents the device from contacting the compartment where the air bag is situated inside the steering wheel (28) and the lights and windshield wiper levers. The stand's design permits the use of the phone without causing unwanted movements that will prevent from exerting the necessary pressure to activate the telephone's commands. The device can have a battery to charge the telephone.
CAMERA DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE FOR DRIVER OBSERVATION
A camera device for a vehicle for driver observation, the camera device having a lens holder having a lens and a plurality of soldering pins, the soldering pins being situated on a side of the lens holder opposite the lens, in order to enable a soldering of the lens holder onto a circuit board.
