Tablet Holding Assembly
A tablet holding assembly includes a panel that has a pair of track slots therein. A pair of arms is each pivotally coupled to and extends upwardly from the panel to releasably engage a ceiling in a vehicle. A pair of first couplers is each of the first couplers is coupled to a respective one of the arms to releasably engage the ceiling of the vehicle. A pair of second couplers is each of the second couplers is coupled to the panel to releasably engage the ceiling of the vehicle when the panel is positioned in a stored position. Moodroof for augmented media experience in a vehicle cabin
In various embodiments, a moodroof media application provides media content into a vehicle cabin. In operation, the moodroof media application determines at least one state associated with the vehicle cabin based on sensor data from at least one sensor. The moodroof media application then receives media content associated with the at least one state. The moodroof media application further causes visual content associated with the media content to be displayed on at least one display surface positioned on a ceiling of the vehicle cabin.
Vehicle multi-purpose brackets
This disclosure details multi-purpose brackets for mounting accessory devices within vehicle cargo spaces. Exemplary multi-purpose brackets include a doubling flange, a first opening formed through the doubling flange, and a second opening formed through another location of the bracket. A first accessory device may be mounted within the first opening, and a second accessory device may be mounted within the second opening. The multi-purpose bracket may be formed in a stamping process that involves folding and clinching the doubling flange to a platform of the bracket.
Vehicle interior structures including curtain members
An interior structure includes a pillar garnish, a channel member, and a screen member. The pillar garnish is integral with a center pillar, and is formed with an opening facing a vehicle cabin and formed with a hollow housing section on the opposite side to the vehicle cabin. The channel member is provided so as to be capable of being housed in the housing section and capable of moving toward the vehicle cabin through the opening. The screen member is provided at the channel member so as to be housed in the housing section when in a non-deployed state and so as to be deployed in the vehicle cabin in a state in which the channel member has been moved into the vehicle cabin.

An overhead console includes a console housing, an illumination board, a vehicle interior checking mirror, a mirror surface light source mounted on the illumination board together with the illumination light source and configured to emit light toward the mirror surface of the vehicle interior checking mirror in the mirror surface visible position, and a see-through display plate that is a display plate capable of transparently displaying a symbol indicating predetermined information, the see-through display plate being provided in the console housing at a location between the mirror surface light source and the mirror surface so as not to hinder the passenger from visually recognizing the mirror surface and so as to face a partial region of the mirror surface, and the see-through display plate being configured to allow light from the mirror surface light source to transmit therethrough to display the symbol on the partial region of the mirror surface.

Truck Cap
A truck cap having a cap body with an opening, and a cap door that is movable between open and closed positions with respect to the opening. At least one hinge that attaches to the cap body and the cap door of the truck cap. The hinge includes a first hinge bracket member and a second hinge bracket member. The first hinge bracket member includes a hinge bracket to receive a pivot pin. The second hinge bracket member includes a hinge bracket with an opening sized to receive at least a portion of the pivot pin. The first hinge bracket member and the second hinge bracket member are pivotable with respect to each other about the pivot pin. A longitudinally extending gas prop pivotably attached to the pin extending from the second angled portion of the first hinge bracket member and to the pin of the second hinge bracket member.

A sound control system comprises a sound generating device disposed at a vehicle ceiling corresponding to a seat region of the vehicle and disposed at a sound space formed within the vehicle to correspond to the seat region, and a sound processing circuit for providing a vibration driving signal to the sound generating device, the sound generating device vibrates based on the vibration driving signal to vibrate a vibration region of the vehicle ceiling corresponding to the sound space to provide a sound to the sound space.
