DEVICE MOUNT FOR A VEHICLE
An apparatus for supporting a media playback device on a structure of a vehicle comprising a grille, the apparatus comprising an elongate base body having a front side configured to connect the apparatus to the media playback device and a rear side, and first and second connection members, each comprising a respective connection portion protruding away from the rear side of the base body and comprising at least one slot configured to receive a bar of a grille, wherein the first and second connection members are translatably arranged such that the distance between the first and second connection members may be varied.
CARGO STACKING DEVICES AND SYSTEMS
A cargo storage system has at least one pair of rails configured to extend along a length of the cargo storage area in a horizontal direction, the pair of rails comprising a first rail configured to extend along a first side of the cargo storage area, and a second rail configured to extend along a second side of the cargo storage area opposing the first rail. The cargo system further has a plurality of support beams extending between, and supported by, the first rail and the second rail. Different configurations of the rails, profiles for the rails, and platform members to be secured between the support beams are also described.
IN-VEHICLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME, AND VEHICLE
An in-vehicle electronic device includes a host, a first camera, and a first driving device. The first camera is moveably connected to the host, and is configured to capture at least one image of an interior of a vehicle. The first driving device is connected to the first camera, and is configured to drive the first camera to slide between an extended position and a retracted position, so that when the first camera is at the extended position, the first camera is located outside the host, and when the first camera is at the retracted position, the first camera is located inside the host.
CONTROL METHOD FOR VEHICLE WITH MOVING CONSOLE SYSTEM
A control method for a vehicle with a moving console system may include: when a function to change a reference seat state to a face-to-face seat state is started, disengaging first row seats and a housing of a movable console of the vehicle from each other in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body in the vehicle; swiveling the first row seats to face second row seats of the vehicle; and performing at least one of moving the first row seats to the front of the vehicle body and moving the housing to the rear of the vehicle body.
RETRACTABLE CUP HOLDER DEVICE MOUNT
A retractable cup holder device mount has a cup holder base defined by an open end and a base interior chamber. A base stalk platform is fitted over the open end of the cup holder base and has a platform clevis. A device mount neck has a neck clevis and a mounting head joint. An extension stalk is rotatably engaged to the platform clevis and to the device mount neck through a common longitudinal slot that is defined through the extension stalk. The extension stalk is selectively receivable within the base interior chamber of the cup holder base.
Object retaining system for vehicles
An object retaining system adapted to operatively associate with an intrinsic, host seat track of a vehicle for retaining devices, containers, or the like within the cabin of the vehicle. The object retaining system may utilize a track arm to slidably engage the intrinsic host seat track, and a locking mechanism may be employed to secure such engagement. Selective adjustment of the elevation and location of the retaining object is also contemplated herein with adjustable height portions and pivotable connections disclosed.
Armrest module with human-machine interface for vehicle seat
An armrest module for a motor vehicle. The armrest module includes an armrest arm able to support the arm of an occupant of the motor vehicle, the armrest arm extending primarily in a longitudinal direction (X); a pad, the pad being pivotable relative to the armrest arm about two axes (A1, A2) which are perpendicular to each other, the two axes (A1, A2) also being perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X) of the armrest arm; and a human-machine interface provided by the pad.
Vehicle tray
The present invention relates to a vehicle tray and, more specifically, the objective of the present invention is to prevent a cover slidably provided inside a tray body from moving by vibration generated when a vehicle travels and, simultaneously, to prevent, in advance, the generation of friction noise when protrusions come into contact with guide rails provided in the tray body even when the cover is operated. The present invention comprises: a tray body (100) having an accommodation part (110) of which the upper side is open; the guide rails (300) fixedly provided, respectively, at both the left and right sides of the accommodation part (110); and a cover (200) having the guide protrusions (210), which are formed to respectively protrude from both the left and right sides thereof and slide while being guided along the guide rails (300). In order to achieve the present invention, protrusion parts (211) having mounting grooves (211a) protrude from the front and rear end portions of the guide protrusion (210) of the cover (200), and a silicone ring (400) having elastic force itself and having an outer surface coming into contact with the inner wall surface of the guide rail (300) is provided at the protrusion part (211) in a state in which the inner surface thereof is mounted in the mounting groove (211a).
Arrangement of a sensor comprising a sensor-active surface on an outer add-on part of a vehicle
An arrangement for a sensor having a sensor-active surface on or behind an outer add-on part of a vehicle includes a sensor guide. The sensor guide is connected to the sensor and a first structural element of the vehicle such that the sensor moves in a vehicle longitudinal direction away from a sensor use position in response to an application of force against the sensor-active surface or the add-on part of the vehicle. The arrangement includes a spacer that limits the movement of the sensor to a maximum distance defined between the sensor use position and a second structural element of the vehicle, which is offset with respect to the first structural element in a direction along an interior of the vehicle. The arrangement includes a restoring element that moves the sensor back to the sensor use position.
Arrangement of a sensor which has a sensor-active surface on an exterior attachment part of a vehicle
An arrangement for a sensor having a sensor-active surface on or behind an exterior attachment part of a vehicle includes a sensor guide. The sensor guide includes a traction element made of a shape-memory alloy and a restoring element. The traction element moves the sensor in the direction of the vehicle interior between an active position and a protected position in response to a detected impending collision in the low-speed range or a detected collision in the low-speed range. The restoring element moves the sensor back to the active position from the protected position.
