Vehicle communication system
A vehicle communication system is provided. The system includes a housing having a first portion slidably affixed to a second portion. A first display is affixed between a first upper arm and a first lower arm of the first portion. A second display is affixed between a second upper arm and a second lower arm of the second portion. The first display and the second display are disposed along distinct parallel planes, such that the first portion and the second portion can selectively move between an extended position and a collapsed position. A fastener is disposed on each of the first end of the housing and a second end of the housing. A control circuit includes a power supply, a processor, and a memory disposed within the housing, and wherein the first and second displays can display a message stored on the memory across the first and second displays.

A display apparatus for a vehicle comprising: a display panel configured to display an image on one surface and to be rolled around a shaft; a shaft driving unit configured to rotate the shaft; an image processing unit configured to determine a size and a position of an image, which is to be displayed by the display panel, based on input image information; an image output unit configured to output the image to the display panel according to the size and position of the image determined by the image processing unit; and a driving control unit configured to control the shaft driving unit to adjust an amount of exposure of the display panel according to the size and position of the image o be displayed by the display panel so that an image blank is not generated on the display panel.
DISPLAY APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
A display apparatus for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a display module, a floating panel positioned on a surface of the display module, a pair of suspension brackets which are connected to a rear side of the floating panel with a gap therebetween, and a liquid crystal display (LCD) bracket of which both ends are connected to and surrounded by the pair of suspension brackets.

The present disclosure relates to a vehicle user interface system allowing for plug and play customizations of vehicle electronics. These customizations are permitted by the use of vehicle electronics modules that can be moved as desired without requiring additional programming from the user to map a desired function to a specific switch of the vehicle electronics system.

Fixing Assembly
A fixing assembly has a support element adapted to be fixed to a component of a vehicle, and a frame adapted to support an accessory in a fixed relative position and connected to the support element in a fixed position; the support element has two openings which are engaged by respective protruding pins of the frame so as to allow a rotation of the frame towards the support element during a mounting step in which the protruding pins are inserted in the openings; a snap fitting prevents the displacement of the frame at the end of the aforementioned rotation, and then blocking devices, of the screw type, secure the frame in a stable position; the snap fitting has an elastically deformable element which is snap-fitted to a retention shoulder and forms part of a portion made of polymeric or elastomeric material of one between the support element and the frame.

A vehicle includes an occupant space and seats for occupants. The seats are arranged, viewed in a travel direction of the vehicle, one behind the other in the occupant space. The vehicle also includes an image capturing device configured to capture an image of a respective seat and/or an occupant sitting in the respective seat, and a display device configured to display an image captured by the image capturing device in a region of another seat and/or in a field of view of an occupant sitting in the other seat.

An apparatus for adjusting a screen arrangement for a vehicle roof may have a main slider and an adjusting slider which can each be coupled to the screen arrangement and are configured for pivoting the screen arrangement out and in and for adjusting a prescribed alignment angle (A) of the screen arrangement. The apparatus may also have a drive coupling element which couples a drive cable of the main slider and a drive cable of the adjusting slider to one another, such that the main slider and the adjusting slider can be displaced, with respect to a common reference point, at least in certain portions, at different movement speeds, and such that with respect to a longitudinal axis (L) of the apparatus a spacing between the main slider and the adjusting slider and therefore an alignment angle (A) of the screen arrangement can be adjusted in a prescribed manner.

An apparatus is provided to attach an electronic device, such as a printer, to a vehicle headrest of a vehicle seat. The apparatus includes one or more attachment members configured to attach to a vehicle headrest mounting rod; a support structure attached to the one or more attachment members, the support structure extending outward from the one or more attachment members toward an edge of the vehicle headrest; and a back plate attached to the support structure, the back plate configured to hold the electronic device, wherein at least a portion of the electronic device is accessible from the vehicle seat.

A vehicle having a roof construction, comprises a panel fitted in an opening in the fixed roof of the vehicle, and a headliner on the interior side of the fixed roof for hiding the fixed roof and stationary frame from view. At least one display device is capable of showing images from its display screen to occupants in the vehicle. A drive system is provided for moving the display screen at least into a storage position, and into an operational position in which the display screen is visible for occupants in the vehicle. The display screen is flexible and is moved, in its storage position, at least substantially into a cavity above the headliner and is thus substantially hidden from view.
