Provided is a structure that makes it possible to reduce the number of components. The present invention provides a structure including a resin-molded body and a torsion spring. The resin-molded body includes a front wall and a rear wall spaced apart from each other and a peripheral wall connecting peripheries of the front wall and the rear wall. The resin-molded body includes first and second plate-shaped portions and a hinge portion. The first and second plate-shaped portions are rotatably coupled to each other with the hinge portion. The hinge portion is formed by making the rear wall concave toward the front wall to form a hinge concave portion and welding the rear wall to the front wall. The torsion spring includes first and second arms and a coil portion provided therebetween. The first arm is slidably supported by the first plate-shaped portion. The second arm is supported by the second plate-shaped portion. The number of a fixation tool inserted into the first plate-shaped portion to support the first arm is one or less.

The device for the protection of the interior of an automotive vehicle comprises a flexible liner at the inside of the vehicle and means for holding the liner in this interior. The liner has, at least in part surrounding its rear opening, a protective flap arranged to cover the edge of the trunk opening and at least the upper portion forms a flap continuous with the top side of the liner and incorporates means to hold the flap in position in the upper rabbet of the periphery of the trunk opening. The side flaps are provided for covering the rear edges of the lateral sides of the vehicle, and a rear closure panel, in a rearward extension of the bottom side of the liner, the trunk threshold and the bumper to be covered and is also sized to provide, when pulled up, a rear closure wall of the liner.

The front-side sheet and the backside sheet are connected to each other with plural ribs by welding bottoms of the first recesses and the second recesses to the front-side sheet. The resin-laminated board has a thin-plate part having the first recesses with small depth and a thick-plate part having the second recesses with large depth, and the first recesses and the second recesses are arranged at substantially the same pitch.

Included are a first board having a hard polyurethane foam layer formed in a space sandwiched between a pair of thin plates, and a second board having a porous structure where a recessed groove is formed in one main surface, a part of the second board being arranged in the space and joined to the first board. The hard polyurethane foam layer is also formed in gaps between the thin plates and the second board to join the boards. Thus, the step of molding the first board can join and integrate the boards, and mold a bendable, lightweight, and very strong vehicle interior board. Therefore, the vehicle interior board can be reduced in number of parts, simplified in manufacturing process, and improved in productivity.
