Vehicle cargo divider assembly system
An assembly for a vehicle includes a substrate that defines a channel that has a bottom, a retention feature that is coupled to the substrate and that extends into the channel, and a panel that is operably coupled to the retention feature. The panel is movable between a locked position, wherein the panel is maintained in an upright position by the retention feature, and an unlocked position, wherein the panel is operable to pivot relative to the retention feature between the upright position and a stowed position.
TRUNK FLOOR MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE, AND VEHICLE
The disclosure relates to a trunk floor mounting structure for a vehicle, and a vehicle. The trunk floor mounting structure is configured to be arrangeable in a boot of the vehicle, and includes: a floor including a front floor and a rear floor reversibly fixed to the front floor; and a suspension mechanism including a stop member and a limiting member cooperating with each other, the stop member having a fixed end fixed to a lower surface of the rear floor and a movable end capable of extending to a lower surface of the front floor, and the limiting member being configured to be arrangeable on at least one of a left side wall and a right side wall of the boot, wherein when the rear floor is flipped by a predetermined obtuse angle relative to the front floor from an initial position, the movable end abuts against the limiting member such that the rear floor is suspended in a suspended position. By using the trunk floor mounting structure described above, the vehicle of the disclosure enables a user to conveniently fetch items in a lower space of the boot, and also allows the rear floor to be conveniently reset, thereby improving the ease of operation and the user experience.
Vehicle cargo compartment structure
A vehicle cargo compartment structure includes a first side trim and a second side trim that include a first projecting portion and a second projecting portion receiving a cargo floor board thereon. The first side trim further includes a first upper support portion above the first projecting portion and a first lower support portion under the first projecting portion. The first upper support portion supports a first end of a cargo cover assembly in a first state and includes a first upper opposite surface that is opposite the first end in the first state. The first lower support portion supports the first end in a second state and includes a first lower opposite surface that is opposite the first end in the second state. The first lower opposite surface is more to a vehicular exterior side in the vehicular width direction compared to the first upper opposite surface.
Cargo divider assembly for a vehicle
A cargo divider assembly for a cargo area of a vehicle includes a storage compartment defined within the cargo area, first and second receiving slots defined within the storage compartment, and a lid. The lid is operable between a cover position, wherein the lid covers the storage compartment, a first divider position, wherein the lid is received within the first receiving slot and extends a first distance into the storage compartment, and a second divider position, wherein the lid is received within the second receiving slot and extends a second distance into the storage compartment that is greater than the first distance.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A LOAD STRUCTURE
A method of manufacturing a load structure may include forming a panel having a first side and a second side, clearing a fill passage through the panel, providing a tool having a first tool portion, a second tool portion, and a cavity disposed between the first and second tool portions, connecting a fill busing to the tool, the fill bushing includes a flange, disposing the panel within the cavity, disposing the fill bushing within the fill passage, connecting an injection gun to the fill bushing, and injecting a material through the fill busing and the fill passage such that one of the first side or the second side of the panel is at least partially covered with the material, the fill bushing is arranged within the fill passage to block the coating from contacting the other one of the first side or the second side.
Vehicle seating assembly with panel assembly
A seating assembly includes a seat base operably coupled with a seatback. A panel assembly includes a first panel coupled with the seatback and a second panel hingedly coupled with the first panel. The second panel includes a connector assembly having a housing and a support slidably coupled with the housing. The second panel is movable between a first position and a second position. The second panel is vertically aligned with the first panel in the first position and is substantially coplanar with the first panel in the second position.
STRUCTURAL COMPONENT WITH A HINGE ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FLOOR ASSEMBLY OF A VEHICLE
A structural component for a floor assembly of a vehicle. The structural component is formed integrally and includes at least one hinge element and a base part. The base part is configured to support the structural component on the vehicle when the structural component is installed in the vehicle. The at least one hinge element includes at least one flap element which is connected at least in regions to the base part and is configured to be pivoted relative to the base part and, in an end position, to at least partially enclose at least one predetermined construction space of the vehicle. The at least one flap element is furthermore configured in order, in the end position, to abut or to engage in a form-fitting manner against or on respective vehicle elements delimiting the at least one construction space of the vehicle.
Vehicle body structure
A vehicle body structure that includes a storage structure, at least one fixed cover and at least on sliding cover. The storage structure defines at least one opening and at least one storage space, the at least one opening exposing the at least one storage space. The fixed cover is non-movably fitted to the storage structure covering a first portion of the opening. The sliding cover is installed to the storage structure for sliding movement along the opening such that in a closed orientation, the sliding cover covers a second portion of storage space such that the fixed cover and the sliding cover completely conceal the storage space, and, in an open orientation the sliding cover exposes the second portion of the storage space. The storage structure is dimensioned and contoured to removably install to a rear interior cargo area of a passenger vehicle.
Sliding tray
A vehicular cargo assembly includes a first panel slidably mounted on a floor of a vehicle cabin and selectively and alternatively positionable in a first position or a second position. A storage space is disposed below the floor. The first panel is configured to cover the storage space in the first position.
VEHICLE STORAGE STRUCTURE
A vehicle storage structure is deformed and crushed, when an excessive load is inputted to a vehicle from outside, without any influence to functions of surrounding structures. The vehicle storage structure includes a case formed in a box shape having side walls, rising integrally with a periphery of a bottom plate, and an open top face, wherein when a line in a vehicle front-rear direction, connecting centers in an up-down direction of the bottom plate, is defined as a bottom-plate center line, and a line connecting a front end of the bottom-plate center line with a rear end of the bottom-plate center line is defined as a bottom-end connection line, the bottom-plate center line is a polygonal line having a ridge as a folding point and the ridge is positioned higher than the bottom-end connection line.
