Systems and methods for automatically adjusting the interior cabin of an autonomous vehicle are provided. In one example embodiment, an autonomous vehicle can include a main body including a floor and a ceiling that at least partially define an interior cabin of the autonomous vehicle. The autonomous vehicle can include a partition wall that is movable within the interior cabin of the autonomous vehicle. The partition wall can extend between the floor to the ceiling of the main body. The autonomous vehicle can include a computing system configured to receive data indicative of one or more service assignments associated with the autonomous vehicle and to adjust a position of the partition wall within the interior cabin based at least in part on the one or more service assignments.

The user interface can present the checklist associated with the destination location. The computing system can obtain data indicative of user input associated with the checklist. The computing system can determine that the checklist has been completed based at least in part on the user input associated with the checklist. The computing system can, in response to determining that the checklist has been completed, cause the autonomous vehicle to initiate a motion control to travel to the destination location.

In one example embodiment, a computing system can obtain data indicative of a service assignment associated with an autonomous vehicle. The service assignment is indicative of a destination location to which to transport a user. The computing system can obtain data indicative of an item associated with the user that is to be transported to the destination location. The computing system can determine a first drop-off location for the user and a second drop-off location for the item based at least in part on the destination location. The first drop-off location for the user is different than the second drop-off location for the item. The computing system can cause the autonomous vehicle to initiate motion control to travel to the first drop-off location for the user and to travel to the second drop-off location for the item.

The present invention provides a method of installing a security partition into a vehicle comprising: installing the lower mounting assemblies of the partition to the vehicle, attaching the partition body assembly of the partition to the lower mounting assemblies forming pivotable connections in a unlocked position; pivoting the partition into direction of a desired location of the vehicle; attaching the partition to the sides of the vehicle via side mounting brackets; and securing both the pivotable connections into a locked position. The present invention also provides the security partition described herein.
