A partition for sealing and/or supporting a cavity includes a carrier and an expansion material on the carrier. The expansion material transitions from an initial state to an expanded state by activation. The carrier includes at least one compensation element that provides variability of an effective sealing surface of the carrier in case of a force acting on the carrier. The carrier also includes a limiting element that limits movement of at least one portion of the carrier that accompanies a change in the effective sealing surface of the carrier.

An example of an vehicle is provided. The vehicle includes a passenger compartment to carry a passenger and a driver, wherein the passenger compartment is open. In addition, the vehicle includes a roof to cover the passenger compartment. The vehicle further includes an equipment compartment to carry equipment. The equipment compartment is positioned behind the passenger compartment. Furthermore, the vehicle includes a first barrier structure mounted to the roof to separate the passenger and the driver. The vehicle also includes a second barrier structure mounted to the roof to separate the passenger compartment and the equipment compartment.

A vehicular interior component includes an interior component body member having a plate shape and including a compartment interior side surface, a compartment exterior side surface, and through holes, a net member disposed on the compartment interior side surface of the interior component body member, and a reinforcing member mounted on the compartment exterior side surface of the interior component body member.
