Structure for suppressing noise into vehicle passenger compartment
A structure for suppressing noise into a vehicle passenger compartment includes: a dash panel that separates a vehicle passenger compartment and a power unit chamber that is disposed at a vehicle front side; an instrument panel that covers the dash panel from a vehicle rear side, and that has a lower wall portion which extends toward a vehicle front side and forms an opening portion with the dash panel; and a sound insulating member that is disposed so as to cover the opening portion or is disposed so as to partition a space portion, which is between the dash panel and the instrument panel, in a vehicle transverse direction.
Snow groomer
A snow groomer; the snow groomer comprising a support frame; a driver's cabin, which is fitted on the support frame; two track conveyors, which are fitted on opposite sides of the support frame; and a passenger cabin, which is distinct from the driver's cabin and is fitted on the support frame; the passenger cabin comprising a bearing structure; the bearing structure defining a protection cell configured to resist external loads; the bearing structure comprising housing seats; the passenger cabin comprising panels of transparent material, such as glass, which are housed in the housing seats of the bearing structure and are supported by the bearing structure.
HYBRID ACOUSTIC SILENCER
A hybrid acoustic silencer for a motor vehicle includes an insertion loss layer tuned for good insertion loss properties at specific frequencies and an absorption layer tuned for good absorption properties at specific frequencies. The insertion loss layer is configured to be adjacent to a sound radiating surface of the motor vehicle and the absorption layer is configured to face outward from the sound radiating surface of the motor vehicle.
Firewall
The invention relates to an acoustic component contoured in a planar manner or three-dimensionally shaped, namely a firewall of a motor vehicle, and use of said component, said component comprising at least one sound-absorbing material and possibly at least one carrier material, wherein the sound-absorbing material is completely or partially covered by a flow layer at least on a planar side or in a composite of layers, wherein the flow layer has nanofibers.
Vehicle body floor structure
A vehicle body floor structure includes: a plurality of first vehicle body framework members extending along a vehicle body front-rear direction; a plurality of second vehicle body framework members extending along a vehicle width direction; a floor panel to which each of the first vehicle body framework members and the second vehicle body framework members is joined; and a vibration damping material that is applied to a surface of the floor panel. The floor panel includes a plurality of steps having ridge lines extending along a short-side direction of a first region. The first region is surrounded by the first vehicle body framework members and the second vehicle body framework members. The vibration damping material is applied along at least one outer edge portion of the first region.
SOUND ABSORBER FIXING POINT AND MOUNTING SYSTEM
A vehicle sound absorber system includes a sound absorber fixing fastener having a cap with a cylindrical bore and an end face including multiple flexible bite members. A sound absorber material body is locally compressed and partially captured within the cylindrical bore. A remainder of the sound absorber material body not captured within the cylindrical bore extends radially outward and freely away from the cap. A stud extending from a vehicle body wall extends through a through aperture created in the sound absorber material body and a sound absorber panel of an acoustic material mounted on the vehicle body wall. The cap is captured on the stud by frictional engagement of the flexible bite members on the stud. The sound absorbing material of the sound absorber material body replaces sound absorber material removed to form each of a recessed area and a fully compressed layer of the sound absorber panel.
VEHICLE BODY REAR STRUCTURE
A vehicle body rear structure includes: a cross member and a curvature portion each formed by a part of a floor panel, the part projecting downward at a rearward portion (spare tire pan) of the floor panel, wherein the cross member and the curvature portion each constitute a projected portion; and an underbody coating applied to the projected portions and having a first step and a second step which are oriented perpendicular to a front-rear direction.
Device for absorbing sound within the cabin of vehicle
A sound absorbing mat comprising a first polyurethane open cell polyester layer, wherein the first polyurethane open cell polyester layer is at least one quarter of an inch thick, a polyvinyl chloride layer having a top surface and a bottom surface, wherein the polyvinyl chloride layer is at least a quarter inch thick and the bottom surface is fused to the first polyurethane open cell polyester, a second polyurethane open cell polyester layer having a top surface and a bottom surface, wherein the second polyurethane open cell polyester layer is at least three quarters of an inch and the bottom surface of the second polyurethane open cell polyester layer is fused with the top surface of the polyvinyl chloride layer, and a urethane layer, wherein the urethane layer is at least a quarter inch thick and is mated to the top surface of the second polyurethane open cell polyester layer.
WORKING VEHICLE
A working vehicle includes an engine mounted in a front portion of a travelling vehicle, and a post-processing device configured to purify exhaust gas from the engine. The engine and the post-processing device are covered with a hood. An upper surface side of the hood is inclined to extend diagonally upward from a front side to a rear side. The post-processing device is mounted on an upper side of the engine, and is positioned on a rear and inner side of the inclined upper surface side of the hood.
Shielding device, passenger compartment, motor vehicle, and shielding method
A shielding device of a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle for shielding an interior of the passenger compartment from a hydrogen tank in the motor vehicle includes a basic body. The basic body has a fiber-reinforced composite material with a hydrogen-permeation-inhibiting coating. The basic body is constructed as a wall or wall segment of the passenger compartment.
