A duct 20 includes: wall portions 24, each of which defines a corresponding one face of an air flow path 22 leading air from an air inlet 20a to an air outlet 20b; and groove portions 26, which are provided on at least two of the wall portions 24, 24, respectively, and extend so as to cross an air flow direction of the air flow path 22, and the groove portions 26 are independent from each other for every wall portion 24, and have a concave shape so as to thin the wall portions 24.

Actively actuatable wheelhouse liner assembly

An automotive vehicle includes a body with a front portion, an underbody portion, a wheelhouse disposed in the underbody portion, and a front fascia disposed at the front portion. The wheelhouse is provided with a liner. A movable member is disposed between the wheelhouse liner and the front fascia. The movable member has a venting position and a barrier position. In the barrier position the front fascia, movable member, and wheelhouse liner define a generally contiguous surface, and in the venting position the movable member is displaced at least partly away from the body relative to the barrier position. An actuator is coupled to the movable member and configured to actuate the movable member between the venting position and the barrier position. A controller is configured to control the actuator to move the movable member to the barrier position in response to a first operating condition being satisfied.

ARTICULABLE ACTIVE GRILL SHUTTER

A bumper assembly for a vehicle having an upper body portion, a lower body portion, a grill opening delimited by the upper body portion and the lower body portion, a grill assembly positioned between the upper body portion and the lower body portion to face the grill opening, the grill assembly with a plurality of fins, and a link mechanism that articulates the plurality of fins between an open position when the Vehicle is moving below a predetermined speed and in an open position when the Vehicle is moving above the predetermined speed.
