Bumper absorber structure
A bumper absorber structure comprising a bumper reinforcement; a bumper cover that is equipped with an air intake opening; an air introduction path that is disposed on a rear side of the bumper cover and that introduces air from the air intake opening toward the vehicle rear side; a grille shutter that is disposed at the air introduction path and on a rear side of the bumper reinforcement and that opens and closes the air introduction path; and a bumper absorber that is attached to a front side of the bumper reinforcement, that is spaced apart from the bumper cover, that forms, together with the bumper reinforcement, a part of the air introduction path, and that has a front side surface on which is formed a raised portion that is in contact with or in close proximity to a back surface of the bumper cover.
FRONT PART STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
A front part structure of a vehicle is provided, that includes a bumper fascia disposed at a front part of the vehicle and having an upper end portion opposing a leading edge of a hood, a shroud disposed rearward from the bumper fascia, and configured to lead cooling air to a given device, a coupling member provided with a first portion coupled to the shroud and a second portion that is a portion located forward of the first portion and below the upper end portion of the bumper fascia, and an impact absorbing member provided with a support part that supports the upper end portion and intervenes between the upper end portion of the bumper fascia and the second portion of the coupling member, and a fixed part that is disposed below the support part and is fixed to the second portion.
Integrated front vision panel
A molded panel that encompasses all forward surfaces of a vehicle. The molded panel extends from the forward edge from a driver side front wheel opening, laterally across the front of the vehicle and terminating at a forward edge of a passenger side wheel opening. The molded panel extends in the vertical direction (i.e., perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle) from a forward lower edge of a front valance up to a leading edge of one of a hood, a flunk, and a windshield of the vehicle. The molded panel further includes connection flanges formed on a back side surface for connection to a vehicle frame that does not have a front end module and front frame bulk head.
Fastening Arrangement of a Radiator Trim and a Bumper on a Front-End Carrier of a Motor Vehicle
A fastening arrangement of a radiator trim and a bumper on the front-end carrier of a motor vehicle is disclosed. The radiator trim and the bumper have at least one fastening part respectively, via which the radiator trim and the bumper are fastened on the front-end carrier by an allocated fastening element, preferably formed by a screw element. A connection element is provided on the fastening part of the radiator trim, the connection element being connected to a corresponding receiver of the fastening part of the bumper to form a mutual fastening device via which the radiator trim and the bumper are fastened on the front-end carrier by the fastening element.
Front bumper
A front bumper includes a bumper body, a bumper inner, and a first electronic device. The bumper body is exposed to the outside of the vehicle. The bumper inner is located inside the bumper body and configured to fix the bumper body to a body of the vehicle. The first electronic device is located between the bumper body and the bumper inner. The bumper inner includes an inner body facing at least a part of the first electronic device in a first direction, and at least one columnar portion located adjacent to first the electronic device in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and extending in the first direction from the inner body toward the bumper body. The length in the first direction of the at least one columnar portion is greater than the length in the first direction of the first electronic device.
Vehicle front end structure
A vehicle front end structure includes a bumper fascia, a headlamp assembly and a front grille. The bumper fascia has a main body and a projecting portion extending upwardly from the main body. An inboard side of the projecting portion includes a flange. The headlamp assembly includes a housing installed to the bumper fascia above the main body via a projection extending in an inboard direction from an inboard side of the housing. The projection includes an attachment part releasably fastened to the flange. The front grille is installed to the bumper fascia above the main body and inboard of the projecting portion of the bumper fascia. The front grille also attaches to the flange such that the projecting portion of the bumper fascia extends between an outboard edge of the front grille and an inboard side of the lens.
VEHICLE FRONT PORTION STRUCTURE
A vehicle front portion structure includes: a bumper reinforcement that extends substantially in a vehicle width direction at a front portion of a vehicle; an absorber that is provided at a vehicle front side of the bumper reinforcement, and that includes a notch portion forming, together with a front wall of the bumper reinforcement, a through hole that penetrates in a vehicle vertical direction; a lower grille that is provided at a bumper cover at a vehicle lower side of the absorber, as seen in front view; and a horn that is supported at an upper wall of the bumper reinforcement, and that is disposed such that a resonance portion faces the through hole from a vehicle upper side.
Front Bumper Assembly Support in Vehicles
A vehicle that includes: a vehicle body; a reinforcement member that is supported by the vehicle body and which is configured to absorb forces during an impact with the vehicle; a front bumper assembly that is supported by the vehicle body and which includes front lamps; an apron bracket that is supported by the vehicle body and which extends into the front bumper assembly; and support brackets that extends between the reinforcement member and the apron bracket to thereby inhibit movement of the front bumper assembly in relation to the vehicle body.
Front end panel for an electric vehicle
The invention relates to a front end panel assembly (100) for an electric vehicle (300), the assembly comprising: an at least partially optically transparent laminate sheet (108) having side edges, comprising an optically transparent thermoplastic substrate and at least one protective layer; a spacing structure (112) comprising a base (110) and a peripheral upstanding wall (120) extending from the base, wherein the upstanding wall connects to the laminate at or near at least part of the side edges of the laminate, such that a space (122) is formed and enclosed between the laminate sheet and the spacing structure, and wherein the at least one protective layer of the laminate faces away from the spacing structure.
