SEAT BELT DEVICE
A seat belt device includes a webbing, a locking tongue, and a guide. The webbing includes a lap belt and a shoulder belt. The locking tongue is configured to undergo a change from a free state, in which the webbing is capable of passing between a side of the lap belt and a side of the shoulder belt, to a lock state, in which the webbing is not capable of passing between the side of the lap belt and the side of the shoulder belt, in accordance with a collision or a warning of the collision of a vehicle. The guide is configured to, in accordance with the collision or the warning of the collision of the vehicle, displace a location on the shoulder belt that is adjacent to the locking tongue in a direction away from the occupant before the change to the lock state is completed.
VEHICULAR SEAT BELT DEVICE
A vehicular seat belt device includes a first pretensioner provided in a retractor and configured to apply tensile force to a shoulder belt portion of a webbing, a second pretensioner provided in a belt anchor part and configured to apply tensile force to a lap belt portion of the webbing, a third pretensioner provided in a side portion of the vehicle seat opposite to the belt anchor part and configured to apply tensile force to the lap belt portion via a buckle, and a controller. The controller is configured to activate the first pretensioner at a time of predicting vehicle collision, and activate the second pretensioner and the third pretensioner after detection of collision.

A vehicle seat mounted with an occupant restraint device, the vehicle seat includes: a seat cushion frame; a seatback frame including a seatback side frame extending in a seat vertical direction at a seat width direction end portion of the seatback frame, the seatback frame being swingable at a seat rear end side of the seat cushion frame, and the seatback frame extending from the seat rear end side toward a seat upper side; a metal inflating body disposed along the seatback side frame, and configured so as to be stretched out toward a seat lower side such that a lower end of the metal inflating body abuts a vehicle floor surface; and a drive member configured to stretch out the metal inflating body in a case in which a vehicle collision at a seat front side occurs or the vehicle collision at the seat front side has been predicted.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat is provided with a wire that, in the event of a vehicle frontal collision, enables a pulling load applied by a vehicle occupant to a webbing to be transmitted between a cushion frame of a seat cushion and a movable rail of a sliding device. One end portion of the wire is anchored to a first anchoring member of the movable rail, while another end portion of the wire is anchored to a second anchoring member of the cushion frame.

A safety belt device configured for a vehicle may include a belt driving device disposed on a seat, connected to a waist belt in a state in which an occupant wears a seat belt, and moving the waist belt in a predetermined direction to allow the waist belt to wrap around the occupant's waist when the waist belt is positioned at a rear side and to allow the waist belt to be caught between an ankle and the waist of the occupant when the waist belt is moved forward thereof; and a controller receiving a signal generated according to an occurrence of a vehicle collision and controlling the belt driving device upon receiving the impact signal to allow the waist belt to be moved from the rear to the front.

A safety belt device configured for a vehicle may include a belt driving device disposed on a seat, connected to a waist belt in a state in which an occupant wears a seat belt, and moving the waist belt in a predetermined direction to allow the waist belt to wrap around the occupant's waist when the waist belt is positioned at a rear side and to allow the waist belt to be caught between an ankle and the waist of the occupant when the waist belt is moved forward thereof; and a controller receiving a signal generated according to an occurrence of a vehicle collision and controlling the belt driving device upon receiving the impact signal to allow the waist belt to be moved from the rear to the front.
RESTRAINING SYSTEM FOR A SEAT BELT BUCKLE
The present invention describes a restraining system (20) for a seat belt buckle (22) comprising: a housing (44), a motor (24), a set of gears (25, 26, 28, 30), locking mechanism (46, 48, 50), and a controlling unit (41); the restraining unit is mounted on the housing (44) for providing restraining force to the seat belt buckle (22); the restraining unit comprises at least one motor; the set of gears (25, 26, 28, 30) are mounted on the housing (44) and connected with the at least one motor (24) for providing either first direction motion or second direction motion to the seat belt buckle (22), on receiving the restraining force; the locking mechanism is mounted on the housing (44) for controlling rotation of one or more gears from the set of gears (25, 26, 28, 30); the controlling unit is operatively connected with the restraining unit and the locking mechanism, the controlling unit (41) is configured for controlling operation of the motor (24) and the locking mechanism, based on a predefined instruction.
