SPRING LOADED WEB GUIDE
A seatbelt web guide assembly is adapted to be fixed to a seat back and comprises a web guide in the shape of a loop and a track base adapted to be fixed to a seat back. The track base has a housing and a sliding element. The housing is adapted to be fixed to the seat back and defines a sliding axis. A sliding element is slideably disposed in a guide feature of the housing defining the sliding axis. The web guide is connected to the sliding element for movement therewith along the sliding axis. A spring is disposed between the housing and the sliding element, biasing the sliding element relative to the housing.
PIVOTING SPRING LOADED WEB GUIDE
A seatbelt web guide assembly adapted to be fixed to a seat back comprises a web guide in the shape of a loop and a pivot adapted to be fixed to a seat back and defining a first pivot axis. A connector is disposed between and connects the web guide to the pivot at a position in which the web guide is spaced from the first pivot axis. The pivot has a first part and a second pivot part. The second pivot part is rotatable with respect to the first part about the pivot axis, and the connector is fixed to the second pivot part.
Re-configurable passenger bench seat
A passenger bench seat comprises a backrest, a seat element, a fastening rail which extends substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the seat element in the region of an edge of the seat element that faces towards the backrest, and a seatbelt system. In a first configuration of the passenger bench seat, the seatbelt system includes a first number of seatbelts which are detachably fastened to the fastening rail in first positions which are adapted to the first configuration of the passenger bench seat. In a second configuration of the passenger bench seat, on the other hand, the seatbelt system includes a second number of seatbelts which are detachably fastened to the fastening rail in second positions which are adapted to the second configuration of the passenger bench seat.
Belt Buckle Power Actuator For A Vehicle Seat
A belt buckle power actuator for a vehicle seat assembly may include a seat belt buckle arm pivotally mounted adjacent to a vehicle seat. The actuator include a motor having a drive shaft drivingly connected to a drive gear. A driven gear is meshingly driven by the drive gear and is drivingly connected to a lead screw. A nut is threadedly engaged with the lead screw and drivingly connected to the seat belt buckle arm.
KIND OF CAR SEAT WITH ADAPTIVE ADJUSTMENT OF A SEAT BELT
A motor vehicle seat with adaptive seatbelt adjustment may have a chassis, a seat frame and a backrest. A rear end of the seat frame is rotatably connected to the chassis. A seat frame angle drive mechanism is provided between a front end of the seat frame and the chassis. The backrest is rotatably mounted at the rear end of the seat frame. The motor vehicle seat may also have a three-point seatbelt having a seatbelt guide component, a buckle and a lower anchor. The seatbelt guide component is fitted at a shoulder position on the backrest to be movable up and down by means of a lifting/lowering mechanism. The buckle and the lower anchor are fitted at two sides of the chassis, each by means of a front/rear adjustment mechanism, in such a way as to be slidable forwards and backwards.
SEAT BELT SUPPORT POINTS FORWARD AND BACKWARD ADJUSTMENT STRUCTURE
A safety belt lower anchorage front-back adjustment structure may have a bottom base and a seat frame that is mounted on the bottom base. A support base may be respectively mounted on the bottom base at positions corresponding to a left side and a right side of the seat frame. A sliding component may be provided on each the support base. Two of the sliding components may be able to slide forward and backward on the corresponding support base. A driving assembly may be provided between the sliding component and the corresponding support base used for driving the sliding component to slide forward and backward among the two sliding components. A buckle may be fixedly mounted on one sliding component, and a lower anchor is fixedly mounted on the other sliding component.
Motor vehicle seat and adaptive seatbelt adjustment
Seatbelt anchor mechanism
A seat system includes a seat having a seatback and a seat bottom extending in a seat-forward direction from the seatback. A seatbelt retractor is mounted to the seatback and an anchor is carried by the seat bottom and movable seat-rearward and seat-forward between a retracted position and an extended position. A seatbelt webbing extends from the seatbelt retractor and is attached to the anchor. An actuator is operatively coupled to the anchor to move the anchor between the retracted position and the extended position. A lock is operable to selectively retain the anchor in the retracted position.
Seatbelt guide mechanism
A seat system includes a seat having a seatback and an arm supported by the seatback. The arm is extendable from a stowed position to an intermediate position and pivotable in a seat-forward direction from the intermediate position to a deployed position. A webbing guide is fixed to and movable with the arm. The webbing guide is at a top end of the seatback when the arm is at the stowed position and the webbing guide is spaced from the seatback in the seat-forward direction when the arm is at the deployed position. A retractor is supported by the seatback at the top end and a webbing extends from the retractor through the webbing guide.
Vehicle seat device
A vehicle seat device capable of suitably restraining an occupant by means of a seat belt device includes a seat main body having a seat cushion and a seat back, a reclining device connecting the seat back to the seat cushion so as to be pivotable and capable of locking a pivoting motion of the seat back, and a seat belt device for restraining an occupant seated on the seat main body. The seat belt device includes a lap belt restraining the occupant's lumbar or thighs, a belt anchor attached at a position beside the seat main body and having a belt engaging portion engaging with an engaged portion provided in a tip portion of the lap belt, and an anchor moving device capable of moving the belt engaging portion of the belt anchor in a seat front to back direction with respect to the seat main body.
