Safety belt device
Safety belt device, in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising a roll-up spindle rotatably supported in a frame, on which roll-up spindle a safety belt is held with its one end, wherein the roll-up spindle is biased into a roll-up position, in which the safety belt is rolled up on the roll-up spindle and the safety belt can be rolled off the roll-up spindle against the bias by rotating the roll-up spindle and wherein a torsion rod is provided in the roll-up spindle which is fastened to the roll-up spindle with a first end and which is fastened to the frame with a second end, wherein a plastic material is molded around the torsion rod in the roll-up spindle, wherein at least the second end of the torsion rod is free from the plastic material.
Seat belt retractor
A seat belt retractor includes a housing including a pair of side walls facing each other, a winding drum configured to wind up a webbing, a locking base being prevented from being rotated in the pull-out direction, in an emergency of a vehicle, an impact energy absorbing member connecting the winding drum and the locking base so as to be integrally rotatable in a normal state, an impact energy absorbing wire housed in a slot provided in the winding drum so as to form an opening in the first end surface of the winding drum, a ring provided integrally with or separately from the locking base, and a stopper member being configured to define an allowable amount of relative rotation between the winding drum and the locking base in a case where the impact energy absorbing member absorbs the impact energy.
Seatbelt retractor and seatbelt assembly including same
A seatbelt retractor is provided that can be formed in a smaller size yet properly operated, and capable of smoothly providing seatbelt tension, and a seatbelt assembly including such a seatbelt retractor. The seatbelt retractor includes a frame, a seatbelt, a spool that takes up the seatbelt, the spool being rotatably supported by the frame, a lock mechanism that allows the spool to rotate in a non-activated state and restricts, upon being activated, the spool from rotating in the seatbelt withdrawal direction, and an energy absorption mechanism that limits the load applied to the seatbelt to thereby absorb and alleviate energy of the occupant, and the energy absorption mechanism includes a first torsion bar concentrically enclosed in the spool with one end portion retained by the spool and the other end portion disposed to be locked by the lock mechanism, and disposed to be rotated by torsional force, a second torsion bar eccentrically enclosed in the spool with one end portion 24a disposed to be locked by the lock mechanism, and disposed to be rotated by torsional force, and a moving member that rotates interlocked with the spool, and moves between the first position for retaining the other end portion of the second torsion bar and the second position spaced from the other end portion of the second torsion bar.
Load limiting seatbelt retractor
A seatbelt retractor includes a frame and a spool having a first end and a second end each rotatably supported by the frame. The spool is elongated on an axis from the first end to the second end. The seatbelt retractor includes a plurality of torsion posts fixed to the frame. The seatbelt retractor includes a locking device operatively coupled between the spool and the plurality of torsion posts.
Webbing take-up device
A webbing take-up device includes: a spool that enables pull-out and take-up of a webbing; a rotor disposed opposite from the spool, rotation of the rotor being impeded at a time of emergency; a wire of which a proximal end portion is retained at the rotor, at least a distal end portion of the wire being retained at the spool, the wire being disposed between the rotor and the spool, wherein the webbing is pulled out at a time of emergency of a vehicle, the wire being deformed and being wound onto a winding portion of the spool; and a retreat portion provided at the winding portion, the distal end portion of the wire being disposed at the retreat portion in a case in which the wire is wound onto the winding portion.
BELT RETRACTOR FOR A SAFETY BELT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
The invention relates to a belt retractor for a seat belt of a motor vehicle, comprising: a belt shaft which is rotatably mounted in a housing frame, wherein the belt shaft comprises an exit slot; a belt webbing, wherein one end of the belt webbing is fastened in the belt shaft and the belt webbing is guided out of the belt shaft through the exit slot; a profile head which can be locked in relation to the housing frame; and a force-limitation device which is at least in part arranged in the belt shaft, wherein the belt webbing abuts the force-limitation device in the circumferential direction for 180 or more, wherein the force-limitation device has multiple stages.
Winding drum assembly
A winding drum used for winding a safety belt extends in the axial direction and is rotatably supported in a frame of a retractor. A gear mechanism is installed at one side of the winding drum through a force limiting mechanism and comprises a stop wheel and a ball gear which are riveted and fixedly connected in the axial direction. The stop wheel is rotatably installed on the frame, and the ball gear comprises a penetrating shaft hole. The force limiting mechanism is inserted into the shaft hole in the axial direction and both ends of the force limiting mechanism are respectively connected with the winding drum and the gear mechanism to prevent passengers from being excessively restrained by realizing the force limiting function. The gear mechanism and the force limiting mechanism are directly assembled to the winding drum, with simple steps and few independent components.
