Force transmission element for a device for belt tensioning and a device for belt tensioning with such a force transmission element
A force transfer element for an apparatus for belt tightening is provided, wherein the force transfer element is a rod-shaped body that is essentially structured over its total length and/or is formed from at least a first and a second part.
Igniter support, subassembly, gas generator, and method for manufacturing a gas generator
The invention describes an igniter support (22) for an igniter unit (20) of a gas generator (10), comprising a first holder element (30) made from a first material and a second holder element (32) made from a second material different from the first material. Both holder elements (30, 32) can be positively coupled to each other. Further, a subassembly (16), a gas generator (10) and a method for manufacturing a gas generator (10) are described.
Igniter support, subassembly, gas generator, and process for manufacturing a gas generator
The invention describes an igniter support (22) for an igniter unit (20) of a gas generator (10), comprising a first holder element (30) made from a first material and a second holder element (32) made from a second material different from the first material. The two holder elements (30, 32) can be positively coupled to each other, especially can be at least partially positively nested. Further, a subassembly (16), a gas generator (10) as well as a method for manufacturing a gas generator (10) are described.
SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER
A seat belt pretensioner for a seat belt device in a vehicle, the pretensioner including a frame, a ball housing attached to the frame and a drive wheel located within the ball housing. A spool is connected to the drive wheel and is fixed to one end of a seat belt webbing so that the webbing may be wound around the spool. The pretensioner further includes a pipe connected to the ball housing and a gas generator connected to the pipe. At least one power transmission element is carried in the pipe and is driven by gas provided from the gas generator to contact the drive wheel and rotate the spool to retract the seat belt. A seal member is located between the at least one power transmission element and the gas generator. The seal member is sized to plug the pipe at an inlet to the ball housing.
VEHICLE SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER
A seat belt pretensioner of a vehicle include: a displacement generator to generate a linear displacement in a seat frame; and a webbing guide that receives the linear displacement generated by the displacement generator and pulls a webbing. In particular, the webbing extends from a retractor fixed to the seat frame to the outside of the seat.
Belt retractor having a second force limiter
The invention relates to a belt retractor comprising a frame (10), a belt reel (12) rotatably arranged within the frame, a blocking mechanism (18) by which the belt reel (12) can be blocked within the frame (10), and a load limiter (14) which is detachably coupled to the belt reel (12), characterized in that for coupling the load limiter (14) at least one load-transmitting bar (28) is used which is arranged at the belt reel (12) and is retained in a coupling position by a support ring (32), wherein the support ring (32) can be moved from a supporting position to a release position by means of an actor (70).
Belt tightener
A belt tensioner (10) for a seatbelt system comprises a tensioner tube (20) having an open outlet end and a force transmission element (22) which is guided in the tensioner tube (20) and which leaves the tensioner tube (20) via the open outlet end, a gas generator (18) providing compressed gas for displacing the force transmission element (22) within the tensioner tube (20) as well as a drive wheel (16) rotated by the force transmission element (22) leaving the tensioner tube (20). There is provided a guiding component (24) surrounding the drive wheel (16) into which guiding component the force transmission element (22) enters upon leaving the tensioner tube (20). At the guiding component (24) an energy-dissipating structure (50) is provided which the force transmission element (22) contacts when it has at least substantially completely left the tensioner tube (20).
BELT TIGHTENER
A belt retractor (10) of a seatbelt system comprises a belt tensioner (11) which is adapted to rotate a belt reel (14) of the belt retractor (10) accommodated in a belt retractor frame (12), wherein the belt retractor frame (12) is closed by a cover (16) on the tensioner side in the area of the spindle of the belt reel (14) and in the cover (16) a bearing for the belt reel (14) is provided. The cover (16) includes a first pot-shaped cover part (16a) which is mounted directly on the belt retractor frame (12) and has a side wall (24) merging into a flat portion (26). In the flat portion (26) an opening (32) is spared and a second cover part (16b) is provided which engages in the opening (32) in the first cover part (16a) and on which a bearing (40) is formed in which an end (42) of the spindle of the belt reel (14) is supported.
Webbing take-up device
A webbing take-up device is provided with a spool that takes up a webbing, a lock base, and a cover plate that covers an outer periphery of the lock base. A tooth portion is formed at the outer periphery of the lock base. The lock base rotates the spool when a rack contacts the tooth portion. The webbing take-up device is further provided with a guide provided at the cover plate. The guide supports the lock base to be rotatable. Thus, contacting together of the ratchet teeth and the lock base is restricted.
WEBBING TAKE-UP DEVICE
In a webbing take-up device, a moving member is moved while being guided along a cylinder in order to rotate a spool in a take-up direction. A urging plate of a guide member urges a flange at an axial direction leading end portion of the cylinder toward a restricting direction side, and a leg plate of a frame restricts rotation of the flange toward the restricting direction side. This enables rattling of the axial direction leading end portion of the cylinder about the axial direction of the cylinder to be suppressed.
