WEBBING RETRACTOR
In a present webbing retractor, when a stopper is pushed and moved by a conical portion of a moving member, the stopper abuts a moving member main body of the moving member between a rotating member and an axial direction distal end of a cylinder, and moreover, is moved toward a side of a portion of engagement of the moving member main body with first teeth and second teeth of the rotating member, while deforming the moving member main body. Due thereto, expansion, toward a side in a direction orthogonal to an axis, of the moving member main body can be suppressed.

The pretensioner rod engages with the pretensioner wheel during pretensioning. In addition, the pretensioner wheel includes a body portion, a pair of flanges radially extending from the body portion and a plurality of vanes with the cavities formed between adjacent two of the plurality of vanes.
Webbing take-up device
A webbing take-up device includes a spool that takes up webbing worn by an occupant by being rotated in a take-up direction, and a pretensioner mechanism. The pretensioner mechanism includes a gas generator that includes a gas-generating-agent-storing portion and an ignition-device-storing portion, and a cylinder to which the gas generator is attached and that includes a second tubular portion into which gas generated by the gas generator is supplied. A discharge hole, through which gas supplied to the second tubular portion is discharged, is formed in a portion of the cylinder where the ignition-device-storing portion is disposed.
Belt retractor for a safety belt device
The invention relates, inter alia, to a belt retractor (10) for a safety belt device, with a belt reel (20) for winding up and unwinding the safety belt, a pretensioner drive (40) and a pyrotechnic tensioner drive (30), wherein the pretensioner drive (40) has a force-flux-control element (100) which, in a deactivation position, interrupts the force flux between pretensioner drive (40) and belt reel (20). It is provided that the pyrotechnic tensioner drive (30) has one or more drive elements (33) which, after activation of the pyrotechnic tensioner drive (30), is or are set into motion, and, after activation of the pyrotechnic tensioner drive (30), the force-flux-control element (100) is adjusted directly or indirectly by the drive element (33) orin the case of a plurality of drive elements (33)by at least one of the drive elements (33) of the pyrotechnic tensioner drive (30) into the deactivation position.
BELT TIGHTENER WITH A MASS BODY
The invention relates to a belt tightener (1) with a mass body drive for a seat belt of a motor vehicle with a force-limiting device with a belt shaft (3) mounted rotatably in at least one opening (15) of a housing (14) that can be fastened fixedly to the vehicle, it being possible to wind up the seat belt on said shaft, a tightener drive wheel (24) connected non-rotatably to the belt shaft (3) and having recesses (14) distributed at regular intervals over the circumference, a chain forming the mass body drive made of loose mass bodies (19), which are guided in a tightener tube (10) and can be driven by pressure application of the tightener tube (10), wherein the belt shaft (3) can be driven in the winding direction of the seat belt by engagement of the driven mass bodies (19) in the recesses (14) of the tightener drive wheel (24), wherein the mounting of the belt shaft (3) in the opening (15) of the housing (14) is designed to be flexible in the radial direction.
PRETENSIONER, RETRACTOR, AND SEAT BELT DEVICE
Provided are a pretensioner, a retractor, and a seat belt device which can achieve both securing of the strength of a power transmission member in an initial driving stage and reduction of the sliding resistance against the power transmission member in a steady driving stage. The retractor 1 includes a spool 2 for winding up webbing for restraining an occupant and a pretensioner 3 for winding up the webbing in an emergency to remove slack. The pretensioner 3 includes a ring gear 31 connected to the spool 2 and a power transmission device 32 for transmitting power to the ring gear 31 in an emergency. The power transmission device 32 includes a rod-shaped power transmission member 32a which transmits power to the ring gear 31 while being plastically deformed. A tip end of the power transmission member 32a has an enlarged portion 32b formed thicker than other portions of the power transmission member 32a. The enlarged portion 32b is made of the same material as the power transmission member 32a.
WEBBING TAKE-UP DEVICE
In a webbing take-up device, when a rotating member is rotated in a take-up direction in a state in which first engagement teeth and second engagement teeth of a rotating member are digging or biting into a moving member, the moving member is pressed by the first engagement teeth and the second engagement teeth of the rotating member. The moving member thus expands into a first deformation-permitting portion and a second deformation-permitting portion in a cover plate, and expanded portions of the moving member oppose a first restriction portion configured by an axial center direction leading end face of a cylinder, and a second restriction portion of the cover plate.
RETRACTOR PRETENSIONER ASSEMBLY
A seatbelt pretensioning retractor assembly for use in a vehicle is provided. The seatbelt pretensioning retractor assembly includes a housing adapted for being mounted to a frame and having an interior cavity, a pretensioner tube having an arcuate and curved shape, a sprocket rotatably mounted to the housing and fixedly coupled to a spindle, a rod disposed within the tube and a guide plate having a guide portion and a rod guide. The rod exits the tube along a perimeter of the sprocket, and toward an arcuate landing surface of the guide portion. In addition, the guide plate further includes a couple of tabs and ribs for avoiding rattling of the pretensioner tube in normal use of the retractor assembly.
