Webbing take-up device

A webbing take-up device includes a spool on which a webbing worn by an occupant is taken up, and a motor that includes a rotation shaft and a first boss portion disposed coaxially with the rotation shaft. The webbing take-up device further includes an A-gear that is fixed to the rotation shaft, and a B-gear that meshes together with the A-gear and that is rotated by the A-gear being rotated such that the spool is rotated. The webbing take-up device further includes a gear housing that includes a B-gear support portion on which the B-gear is supported, and an engaged hole engaged by the first boss portion so as to have tightening margin therebetween, and to which the motor is fixed in a state in which the first boss portion has engaged with the engaged hole.

Webbing take-up device

In a webbing take-up device, an angle from one end portion toward another end portion of a second clutch spring in a direction of winding of a coil portion from the one end portion toward the another end portion of the second clutch spring is 270. Therefore, in a case in which the one end portion of the second clutch spring is rotated toward a side of the direction of the winding of the coil portion, one end side portion of the second clutch spring is displaced so as to bulge-out toward a side opposite to a side toward which another end side portion bulges-out.

Webbing take-up device

A webbing take-up device includes a spool on which a webbing worn by an occupant is taken up, and a motor that includes a rotor with a rotation shaft and a motor housing covering part of the rotor, the rotor being urged toward one axial direction side of the rotation shaft with respect to the motor housing. The webbing take-up device further includes a second transmission mechanism that includes an A-gear fixed to the rotation shaft, and a B-gear meshed together with the A-gear and rotated by the A-gear being rotated toward one side together with the rotation shaft such that the spool is rotated. A helix angle of respective outer teeth of the A-gear is set such that an axial direction force toward the one axial direction side of the rotation shaft acts on the A-gear when the rotation shaft is rotated toward the one side.

BELT RETRACTOR FOR A SAFETY BELT DEVICE

The invention relates, inter alia, to a belt retractor (10) for a safety belt device, with a belt reel (20) for winding up and unwinding the safety belt, a pretensioner drive (40) and a pyrotechnic tensioner drive (30), wherein the pretensioner drive (40) has a force-flux-control element (100) which, in a deactivation position, interrupts the force flux between pretensioner drive (40) and belt reel (20). It is provided that the pyrotechnic tensioner drive (30) has one or more drive elements (33) which, after activation of the pyrotechnic tensioner drive (30), is or are set into motion, and, after activation of the pyrotechnic tensioner drive (30), the force-flux-control element (100) is adjusted directly or indirectly by the drive element (33) orin the case of a plurality of drive elements (33)by at least one of the drive elements (33) of the pyrotechnic tensioner drive (30) into the deactivation position.

WEBBING TAKE-UP DEVICE

Provided is a webbing take-up device including (i) a spool onto which webbing worn by an occupant is taken up as a result of the spool being rotated in a take-up direction, (ii) a rotating body that is provided so as to be integrally rotatable with the spool, has plural teeth disposed an interval apart from each other along a circumferential direction of rotation of the spool, and is rotated as a result of a moving member being moved and becoming engaged with the plural teeth so that the spool is rotated in the take-up direction, and (iii) a regulating portion that opposes the plural teeth in an axial direction of rotation of the spool, is provided so as to be integrally rotatable with the rotating body, and regulates movement, in a direction away from the plural teeth, of the moving member engaged with the plural teeth.

WEBBING TAKE-UP DEVICE

A webbing take-up device is provided with (i) a spool and (ii) a rotor rotatable integrally with the spool having a base portion and radially-extending engaging teeth. A webbing to be applied to a vehicle occupant is wound around the spool. Each engaging tooth protrudes from the base portion in a rotation axis direction of the spool, and is tapered along the rotation axis direction such that a thickness dimension in a rotation circumference direction of the spool of a portion of the engaging tooth at the opposite side thereof from the base portion becomes smaller toward the base portion side thereof. The axially-tapered shape of the engaging teeth reduces stresses and improves transmission efficiency between the rotor teeth and the teeth of a moving member engaged thereto.

Seatbelt retractor

A power transmission mechanism (19) for transmitting power from a motor (34) to a spindle (12) having a clutch housing (50), a pawl (41) engageable with the clutch housing (50), a gear wheel (57) which holds the pawl (41) and rotates with the rotation of the motor (34), an outer gear cover (26), and a friction ring (42) engaging with the pawl (41) and held on the outer gear cover (26) by frictional force. The friction ring (42) is provided with a protruding portion (42a) which engages with an engagement groove (41b) of the pawl (41), and a plurality of contact pieces (42b) in contact with an outer peripheral surface of a small diameter ring portion (26c) of the outer gear cover (26) and press radially against the outer peripheral surface towards an inner side The friction ring can be easily coupled to the outer gear cover.

SEAT BELT RETRACTOR

A seat belt retractor including a spool and a measurement mechanism for determining a measure of the amount of seat belt webbing unwound from the spool. The measurement mechanism includes cycloidal gear transmission. A sensor is provided for detecting movement of a magnet mounted on a sensing gear and a controller may be provided for determining a measure indicating the amount of rotation of the spool and the amount of webbing withdrawal based on the movement of the magnet.

Load-limiting seatbelt retractor

A seatbelt retractor includes a frame and a spool having a first end and a second end each rotatably supported by the frame. The spool is elongated on an axis from the first end to the second end. The seatbelt retractor includes a plurality of torsion posts fixed to the frame. The seatbelt retractor includes a locking device operatively coupled between the spool and the plurality of torsion posts.
