Magneized RV Pads
A magnetized pad designed to significantly provide a larger footprint for the vehicle's jack foot is disclosed. The magnetized pad is configured to provide a larger footprint for the leveling jacks to stabilize and level the vehicle, for example, the recreational vehicle (RV). Each magnetized pad comprises one or more pockets, which are partially filled with an adhesive. One or more magnets are securely and adhesively disposed into each pocket of the magnetized pad. The magnets are configured to securely hold the leveling jack during operation. A protective layer or a disc is pressed onto each pocket so the upper surface of the protective layer is level with the top surface of the magnetized pad. The bottom of each magnetized pad features a tread-like surface for assuring a good grip on smooth surfaces or grounds.
System and method for monitoring and tracking use of trailer lift devices
A system for monitoring the use of one or more lift devices used for raising or lowering the landing gear of a semi-trailer. A data management module within the system includes a suite of features which are used to take received lift device data and convert it into an easily understood graphical representation. Each lift device is configured to transmit data related to its operation to the data management module of the system which then displays the lift device data as a graphical representation and/or data set according to the type of user using the system. The lift device data which is displayed to the user can include an amount of torque applied to the lift device, the number of times the lift device has been activated, or any other data point which gives the user an overall snapshot of the performance of the lift device(s) under their control.

ELECTRIFIED LANDING GEAR ADAPTOR
The present invention is a universal adapter attachable to the landing gear shaft of a semi-truck trailer to replace the use of manual hand crank handle and facilitate automation of raising and lowering the landing gear. The automation may be electric powered using an electric impact wrench or pneumatic using an air powered impact wrench. The universal adapter significantly eliminates the issues using the existing hand-cranks handle such as back, shoulder, knee and hand injuries and reduce the operation time for raising and lowering a landing gear.

APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING LANDING GEAR
A landing gear system and method of actuating the landing gear system, the system including a first leg assembly, a second leg assembly, a cross-shaft arranged between the two leg assemblies, and a landing gear actuator. The landing gear actuator includes a motor and a coupling shaft which is arranged to couple and decouple the landing gear actuator from the cross-shaft.

Adjustable motor mount for semi-trailer landing gear
An adjustable motor mounting system having an adjustable motor mount and a gear box with a motor. The adjustable motor mount has a first plate attached slidably to I-beams on a frame of a semi-trailer and attached to a second plate with a hinge so that the second plate is rotatable relative to the first plate. A third plate is attached slidably to the second plate and has a mounting plate attached thereto. The gear box is attached to the mounting plate and to a landing gear crankshaft of the semi-trailer. The adjustable motor mounting system renders the gear box movable towards or away from the landing gear crankshaft, movable leftward or rightward of the landing gear crankshaft, and movable upward or downward relative to the landing gear crankshaft.

Scissor jack kit
A scissor jack kit to elevate each vehicle quadrant for maintenance including one scissor jack for each wheel. Each scissor jack includes a parallelepiped bottom base, a lower support base atop thereof, and mirror image first and second arms, each having top and bottom ends hinged at a central elbow. Each of proximal and distal ends of the bottom and top ends, respectively, pivotably couples to the respective lower and upper support base. An aperture in the central elbow receives a rotatable leadscrew therethrough having a socket with a hole which receives a hook of a jack speed crank handle to rotate the leadscrew to adjust the scissor jack height. Mount holes in the upper support base provide for chassis mounting. A groove in an axle mount body on the upper support base supports the axle proximal the respective wheel and has a cushioned lining thereon.
