Three point vehicle leveling with multi point stabilizing systems
Aspects herein relate to using a three points to control the angular orientation of a structure via three or more jacks, and then stabilizing the structure via one or more stabilizers. In some aspects, the foregoing structure may include, for example, a motor home, recreational vehicle, travel trailer or fifth wheel trailer.
TRAILER JACK
A trailer jack comprising a vertically oriented vertically extendible jack and a mounting flange located on the jack. The mounting flange includes three bolt patterns. Each of the three bolt patterns includes a forward slot and two rear slots defined through the mounting flange. Each slot includes a longitudinal axis. The longitudinal axes of the slots of any single bolt pattern intersect at a bolt pattern axis that is closer to the forward slot than the rear slots. The longitudinal axes of the forward slots intersect at a central axis. The central axis is offset from each of the three bolt pattern axes. The rear slots of any of the bolt patterns are non-radial with regard to the central axis. The forward slot of any of the bolt patterns are radial with regard to the central axis.

Motorized lifting system for semi-trailer
A motorized lifting system for use on a semi-trailer. The lifting system may comprise a lifting unit capable of mounting to a jack on the semi-trailer, allowing the lifting unit to raise and lower the dolly legs of the jack. The lifting unit may comprise a motor and a series of sprockets and chains connecting the motor to a drive shaft that mounts to a rod of the jack, such that turning the rod raises or lowers the dolly legs.

Jack foot retraction system
A system for supporting a vehicle. The system may include a vehicle jack in mechanical communication with a jack foot and a striker plate. The jack foot is rotatable relative to the vehicle jack on a rotation axis disposed on the vehicle jack and perpendicular to a long axis of the vehicle jack. The jack foot includes a base at a distal end of the jack foot. The jack foot also includes a cam surface at least in part at a proximal end of the jack foot. The cam surface is aligned with the striker plate and interacts with the striker plate to rotate the jack foot in response to movement of the vehicle jack from a lowered position to a raised position.

Apparatus and Method for Lowering and Raising a Trailer
A device and method used to raise or lower the landing gear of a semi-trailer. The device is incorporated into the structure of the landing gear of the semi-trailer and actuates the landing gear according to user selection. The user may select to actuate the landing gear through a motorized gear assembly within the device, by optionally attaching a handle to the landing gear via the device, or by engaging a separate motorized hand tool to the landing gear via the device. To use the handle or the motorized hand tool, the user actuates a shift lever disposed on the device which disengages the related mechanical means for actuating the landing gear. The flexibility for actuating the landing gear allows a user to raise or lower the landing gear according to the surrounding circumstances or in case one of the means for actuating breaks or fails.

Leveling jack with direct actuation
A leveling and stabilizing jack includes an intermediate member joining first and second lifting sections. Each lifting section includes a cross beam, a leg, a brace, a foot, a motor and a drive screw. The motor powers the drive screw, which is operably associated with the leg, to cause the leg to extend away from or retract toward the cross beam depending on the motor's direction of rotation. A motor control can control the motor of each of the lifting sections independently in a manner that results in leveling of the jack when deployed.
