Method for operating at least one parking brake of a motor vehicle
A method for operating a hill hold controller of a motor vehicle including at least one parking brake. The parking brake is disengaged according to an actuation of a gas pedal of the motor vehicle. The disengagement of the parking brake is released according to a variable representing a road gradient. The release to disengage the parking brake is granted, independently of the variable and/or the availability of the variable, when the gas pedal of the motor vehicle reaches or exceeds a predefinable release position by way of the actuation thereof.

The present invention relates to a construction machine, said construction machine comprising a brake assembly for braking the machine, as well as an operator platform. The operator platform comprises at least one operator seat with a total of at least two operating positions for a machine operator at opposite ends of the operator platform, and an actuation device for foot actuation of the brake assembly. According to essential aspects of the present invention, the actuation device for the brake assembly comprises a brake beam which extends transversely to the working direction of the construction machine and which can be operated by foot from said two operating positions, and the actuation device further comprises an actuator for the brake beam, which is arranged below the brake beam.
WORK VEHICLE
In a work vehicle, a through-hole in a stay includes first and second regions. When a grip is pulled in an unlocked state in which a collar is located inside the first region and a grip assembly is not locked inside the through-hole, a state is transitioned into a locked state in which a compression spring is compressed by a pin and a plain washer, a brake lever rotates, a claw moves toward a notch, and a rod is located inside the second region and the grip assembly is locked inside the through-hole. When a brake pedal is stepped on in this locked state, the claw and the notch engage with each other, and the brake pedal is locked.
VEHICLE BRAKE OPERATION
A system includes a computer including a processor and a memory, the memory storing instructions executable by the processor to actuate a brake valve to drain a brake cylinder and then actuate the brake valve to isolate the brake cylinder and hold a brake pedal in a retracted position.
Actuator device
An actuator device (2) for actuating at least one foot pedal (P) of a motor vehicle has at least one actuating element (8), whereby, for applying force to the foot pedal (P), said actuating element is shifted by means of a positioning mechanism (10) between an application position and a released position. It is provided that the positioning mechanism (10) is drivable with a positioning force (SF), by means of inertial means (such as an inertial mass).

BRAKE ARRANGEMENT FOR A TRACKED VEHICLE
Disclosed is a brake arrangement for a tracked vehicle comprising a brake housing. Said brake arrangement is journaled in bearings in connection to a drive unit driven drive axle configured to rotate a drive wheel member. Said brake arrangement comprises a set of ring shaped friction elements arranged about said drive axle and configured to be pressed together in the axial direction for providing a braking function. Said brake arrangement further comprises a ring shaped parking brake piston device coaxially arranged around said drive axle in connection to a radially outer portion of said set of friction elements. Said parking brake piston device is configured to provide pressure in the axial direction against said radially outer portion of said set of friction elements based on a parking brake action so as to press said elements together for preventing rotation of said drive axle, preventing movement of drive wheel member.

A work vehicle includes: a body; a travel device supporting the body; a travel driver configured to drive the travel device; a brake configured to lock and unlock the travel device; a deactivation operation tool manually movable to a first position, at which the brake is operable to be activated and deactivated, and a second position, at which the brake is kept deactivated; a position detector configured to detect that the deactivation operation tool is at the second position; and a notifier configured to provide, based on a result of the detection by the position detector, a notification that the deactivation operation tool is at the second position.
REDUNDANT INTEGRATED PARKING BRAKE RELEASE CIRCUIT
An electric motor-driven parking brake of a motor vehicle can be released in an emergency by applying emergency current from a parallel emergency current source to the motors controlling the parking brake. The direction of the emergency current is selected to reverse the motors, i.e., release the parking brake.
