MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER, BRAKING SYSTEM
A master brake cylinder for a braking system of a motor vehicle, including a hydraulic cylinder which includes multiple hydraulic connections and in which at least one hydraulic piston is mounted axially displaceably in an actuating direction and in a relief direction, the hydraulic piston being displaceable in the actuating direction against the force of a spring element, and a restraint which limits the maximum spring relief being assigned to the spring element. The restraint includes a restraining cylinder and a restraining piston mounted axially displaceably in the restraining cylinder, the restraining cylinder having at least one lateral-wall opening so that an interior of the restraining cylinder is connected to an interior of the hydraulic cylinder.
ACTUATING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE BRAKE SYSTEM
The actuating device for a vehicle brake system comprises a force input member, which can be coupled to a brake pedal, and a brake master cylinder. The brake master cylinder has at least one force transmission member. The force transmission member is coupled to the force input member in an articulating fashion. The force transmission member is positioned to transmit a force, which has been exerted onto the force input member, to the brake master cylinder. The actuating device has at least one elastically deformable positioning element. The at least one positioning element produces a holding force with which the at least one positioning element holds the at least one force input member in an installation position relative to the brake master cylinder.
Hydraulic brake device
A hydraulic brake device includes (a) a master fluid passage for supplying a working fluid from a master cylinder to a wheel brake, (b) a master shut-off valve provided in the master fluid passage, (c) a return fluid passage, (d) a return passage opening valve provided in the return fluid passage, (e) an electromagnetic control valve provided in the return fluid passage and configured to control a flow of the working fluid or to allow a flow of the working fluid without controlling, and (f) a stroke simulator having first and second fluid chambers defined by a partition member, the first fluid chamber being connected to the master fluid passage between the master shut-off valve and the master cylinder, the second fluid chamber being connected to the return fluid passage on one on opposite sides of the return passage opening valve that is nearer to the wheel brake.
Brake Assist System For A Cyclist On a Bicycle
The present invention refers to a brake assist system (1) for cyclist on a bicycle (100) including a braking system (101) having a braking member (105) capable of exerting a braking force (F.sub.B) on a front wheel (101) of the bicycle (100) by the effect of a force (F.sub.c) applied by the cyclist on a lever (103). The system (1) includes a sensor (2) for measuring the angular speed (.sub.1) of the front wheel (101) of the bicycle (100); an actuator (3) capable of exerting an actuator force (F.sub.A), connectable to said braking system of the bicycle so that the actuator force (F.sub.A) opposes the force (F.sub.c) applied by the cyclist on the lever (103), in order to reduce the braking force (F.sub.B); and a control module (4) configured for receiving, as an input, the signal representative of the angular speed (.sub.1) of the front wheel (101) and for determining from this a deceleration () of the front wheel (101).
HYDRAULIC OPERATING DEVICE FOR A CYCLE OR FOR A MOTORCYCLE COMPRISING A DISTRIBUTION BODY OF HYDRAULIC FLUID
A hydraulic operating device for a hydraulic system fluid of a cycle or of a motorcycle comprising a body, a first chamber carved into the body in fluid communication with a tank, a distribution body for the hydraulic system fluid, a cartridge, a first elastic element and a piston.
HYDRAULIC OPERATING DEVICE FOR A CYCLE OR FOR A MOTORCYCLE COMPRISING A FLOAT VALVE
A hydraulic operating device for a fluid of a cycle or of a motorcycle hydraulic system including a body, a first chamber carved in the body adapted to house an actuating piston, a second tank-chamber carved in the body and in fluid communication with said first chamber, a floating plug, a sphere, an elastic element, a rear sealing element and a rear plug.
Braking device for a hydraulic motor vehicle brake system
A modular braking device for a hydraulic motor vehicle brake system, which is optimized for remote actuation, including a hydraulic booster stage with a booster housing, a main brake cylinder mounted thereon, a booster piston which is displaceable therein and delimits a pressure chamber which is supplied directly with pressure medium by a motor pump unit.
BRAKE DEVICE FOR A HYDRAULIC MOTOR VEHICLE BRAKE SYSTEM
A brake device for a hydraulic motor vehicle brake system without a vacuum booster, with a housing with at least one pressure chamber arranged therein, with a cylinder piston which can be axially moved in an actuation direction by an actuating rod unit coupled to the cylinder piston in order to generate brake pressure, wherein a rigid stop is provided for the cylinder piston which defines the non-actuated starting position of the cylinder piston. In order to provide an improved brake device of the above-mentioned type, which permits simple and reliable detection of the zero point and simultaneously has reduced noise emission on the return, a damping element is provided which permits a mechanical decoupling of the actuating rod unit from the cylinder piston in a release direction opposite the actuation direction by reversible deformation.
