A master cylinder of a vehicle brake includes a housing, a motor, a screw, a moving piston, a guide, and a pressurizing part. The housing includes a port configured to move hydraulic fluid. The motor is connected to the housing and configured to supply rotation power. The screw is rotatably installed in the motor and configured to rotate in response to the rotation power. The moving piston is engaged with an outside of the screw, and is configured to move in a longitudinal direction of the housing in response to rotation of the screw. The guide is blocked by the housing and constrained from rotating, and is configured to constrain rotation of the moving piston and guide linear movement of the moving piston in the longitudinal direction. The pressurizing part is installed between the housing and the guide, and is configured to pressurize the guide via an elastic force.

Brake device for a hydraulic motor vehicle brake system

A brake device for a hydraulic motor vehicle brake system without a vacuum booster, with a housing with at least one pressure chamber arranged therein, with a cylinder piston which can be axially moved in an actuation direction by an actuating rod unit coupled to the cylinder piston in order to generate brake pressure, wherein a rigid stop is provided for the cylinder piston which defines the non-actuated starting position of the cylinder piston. In order to provide an improved brake device of the above-mentioned type, which permits simple and reliable detection of the zero point and simultaneously has reduced noise emission on the return, a damping element is provided which permits a mechanical decoupling of the actuating rod unit from the cylinder piston in a release direction opposite the actuation direction by reversible deformation.

A brake master cylinder assembly with adjustable fluid reservoir. The invention prevents air from entering a motorcycle hydraulic brake line by adjusting the fluid reservoir to be level with the ground of motorcycle operation. The brake handle remains parallel with the relative position of the handlebar the assembly is fastened to. All motorcycle brake master cylinders have a fluid reservoir and hydraulic piston that are in a fixed position relative to the handle and handlebar. The invention has a reservoir assembly which may be adjusted to any angle to keep the fluid reservoir level while the motorcycle is upright; allowing the motorcycle to have a brake handle and corresponding handlebar at any angle desired. The adjustable hydraulic fluid reservoir assembly prevents air from entering the brake line by reducing exaggerated angles incorporated with handlebar positions. The overall brake performance is therefore extended, mitigating risks' and extending service life.

Hydraulic operating device

A hydraulic operating device for a small vehicle including a bicycle comprises a base member, a mounting structure, an operating member, and a piston. The base member includes a cylinder bore having a cylinder axis. The mounting structure defines a mounting axis linearly extending along the handlebar in a mounting state where the base member is mounted on a handlebar with the mounting structure. The operating member is pivotally coupled to the base member about a first pivot axis between a rest position and an operated position. The cylinder axis is non-perpendicular to the mounting axis as viewed along the first pivot axis in the mounting state. The piston is movably provided in the cylinder bore. The piston is coupled to the operating member to be pulled in response to a pivotal movement of the operating member from the rest position to the operated position.
