The present invention relates to an incubating device. The incubating device according to an aspect of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a housing which has a certain space therein and of which one surface may be open or closed; one or more plate parts which are provided inside the housing and on which objects are placed; a support part which supports one end of each of the plate parts and is provided with an egg turning gear for transmitting rotational force to the plate parts; a device driving part provided with an egg turning drive portion that is mounted in engagement with the egg turning gear to rotate the plate parts; and a controller that manipulates and controls the device driving part and protrudes from the outer surface of the housing, wherein a mounting hole, through which the device driving part and the integrated controller can be vertically mounted or detached together, is formed passing through the one surface of the housing, and the device driving part and the controller can be easily repaired through the mounting hole during maintenance.

The present invention relates to an incubating device. A method for incubating avian eggs, comprising: a. introducing avian eggs into an incubation chamber having an oxygen-containing atmosphere; b. subsequent to a, incubating said eggs in said incubation chamber for a period of time that is not less than 25% of the natural incubation period of said eggs; c. during said period of time of the incubating, changing an orientation of said eggs at a frequency of not less than once every two days; and d. during said period of time of said incubating, varying a temperature of said atmosphere in said incubation chamber at a frequency of not less than five times a day, the varying comprising: increasing the temperature of the atmosphere from a first temperature to a second temperature, the difference between the first temperature and the second temperature being not less than 1.0 C.; and reducing the temperature from the second temperature to a third temperature, the difference between the second temperature and the third temperature being not less than 1.0 C. wherein the rate of said increasing the temperature of the atmosphere is not greater than 0.9/5 minutes; and the rate of said reducing the temperature of the atmosphere is not greater than 0.9/5 minutes.

A new chick production method and a new chick production system are obtained which are different from a conventional method in which all live eggs are collectively accommodated in a hatcher tray to develop chicks. The chick production method of the present invention divides mid-hatch eggs into a plurality of groups based on physical information measured for the mid-hatch eggs during a period from when the eggs are accommodated in a setter tray to when the eggs are transferred to a hatcher tray, and accommodates the mid-hatch eggs in the hatcher tray to develop chicks. In addition, a chick production system of the present invention includes a measurement unit, a sorting unit, and an accommodation unit, and the chicks are developed by each of a plurality of hatcher trays.
