The markers associated with anthracnose resistance in plants of the genus Fragaria each comprise a continuous nucleic acid region sandwiched between the nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and the nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 10 in the chromosome of a plant of the genus Fragaria.
