Whether to allow the first vehicle to change a lane in consideration of acceleration/deceleration of the autonomous vehicle and whether a safe distance between the autonomous vehicle and the neighboring vehicles is secured is determined. An acceleration/deceleration control signal is generated for adjusting a traveling speed of the traveling vehicle and regenerative braking force and friction braking force of the autonomous vehicle is distributed according to the acceleration/deceleration control signal to perform braking.
