RAILROAD CAR TRUCK WITH WARP RESTRAINTS
A railroad car truck including a first side frame, a second side frame, a bolster, and a plurality of warp restraints that are configured to prevent warping of the bolster relative to the side frames.
RAILROAD CAR TRUCK BOLSTER
A railroad car truck bolster including a first end, a first diagonal member, a transitional concave first turn of spring seat, a center rib assembly, first and second diagonal ribs, and a bottom member. The center rib assembly includes first, second, and third center ribs and a U transition. The bottom member includes thickened walls that define brake rod holes. The first diagonal member is connected to the first end via the concave first turn of spring seat. The center rib assembly is connected to the first end, the straight first diagonal member, and the first turn of spring seat. The first, second, and third center ribs are connected to one another via the U transition. The first and second diagonal ribs are connected to the first turn of spring seat. The third center rib is between the first and second diagonal ribs. The bottom member is connected to the first diagonal member.
Spring lock for secondary spring
A spring lock for a secondary spring that is arranged between the car body and the under frame of a rail vehicle. A spring locking element is provided which in the mounted state is supported on the car body and projects through a cutout and is connected to the secondary spring in such a way that it is prevented from extending. This facilitates the mounting of anti-wear washers under the secondary spring to a considerable degree.

BOLSTER OF BOGIE
Disclosed is a bolster of a bogie, wherein a secondary suspension connected with a transverse beam of the bogie is arranged below the bolster, and a third suspension connected with a vehicle body is arranged above the bolster. The bolster of the bogie of the present invention realize a functional separation by adding a suspension between the bottome of the bolster and the transverse beam to make the frame and the vehicle body be connected through a two-stage suspension, so that the third suspension above the bolster is only used to undertake a transverse displacement function, and the secondary suspension under the bolster is only used to undertake a rotation function, thereby further increasing displacement and relative rotation angle between the vehicle body and the bogie when the vehicle passes through a curve, and improving curve passing capability of the vehicle.

RAILWAY TRUCK WITH ELASTOMERIC SUSPENSION
A railway freight car truck is provided with an elastomeric suspension device between the bolster end and the sideframe spring support surface. The elastomeric device is usually of an elongated oval shape. The elastomeric device takes the place of one or more rows of coil springs that comprise the suspension resting on the sideframe support surface. The freight car truck bolster is supported on the coil springs under empty car conditions and both the coil springs and the elastomeric device under fully loaded car conditions.
FRICTION SHOE WITH DAMPING FOR A RAILWAY CAR TRUCK
A rail vehicle with two sideframes and a bolster as the freight car truck has limits on stability. A railway freight car truck having a friction shoe with a constant force device acting directly on the shoe flat surface is provided, such that the friction shoe is forced to remain in contact with the side frame mating vertical surface. The control spring acting on the friction shoe which applies a varying force to the side frame mating surface. The damping of the friction shoe is retained when there is less variable force of friction, which decreases vertical acceleration of the rail vehicle, providing high speed stability for most track conditions.

VEHICLE WHEEL SUPPORT DEVICE
Two support frames support opposite wheels rollably on a rail and support the vehicle body through suspension systems. At one end, four L-shaped links and four support links are each coupled, bilaterally symmetrically and in front of and behind the wheels, to the two support frames in a manner allowing rotation on the support frames about an axis in the front-rear direction below and above the center axis of the wheels. In a bending portion in the middle, the L-shaped links are supported by the vehicle body rotatably about an axis in the front-rear direction, and the L-shaped links and support links are coupled at the other end to each other so as to allow rotation about an axis in the front-rear direction.
