FRAME OF BOGIE
Disclosed is a frame for a bogie, comprising two side beams parallel to each other and a transverse beam connected to the middles of the side beams, wherein the middle of the transverse beam is provided with a traction pin hole, and an upper surface of the transverse beam is provided with a plurality of mounting seats for mounting a secondary suspension. The frame of the present invention is provided with a traction pin hole at the center of the transverse beam so that the transverse beam is connected to the bolster so as to bear a traction force, and a plurality of mounting seats for mounting the secondary suspension are arranged on an upper surface of the transverse beam, so that the secondary suspension can bear a rotation movement between the bogie and the vehicle body to improve curve passing capability of the vehicle.
BOLSTER OF BOGIE
Disclosed is a bolster of a bogie, wherein a secondary suspension connected with a transverse beam of the bogie is arranged below the bolster, and a third suspension connected with a vehicle body is arranged above the bolster. The bolster of the bogie of the present invention realize a functional separation by adding a suspension between the bottome of the bolster and the transverse beam to make the frame and the vehicle body be connected through a two-stage suspension, so that the third suspension above the bolster is only used to undertake a transverse displacement function, and the secondary suspension under the bolster is only used to undertake a rotation function, thereby further increasing displacement and relative rotation angle between the vehicle body and the bogie when the vehicle passes through a curve, and improving curve passing capability of the vehicle.

AIR SPRING AND BOGIE
An air spring includes an outer cylindrical member, an inner cylindrical member, a diaphragm, the diaphragm providing an internal space between the outer cylindrical member and the inner cylindrical member, a stopper assembly arranged in the internal space as being pivotable over the inner cylindrical member, a handle for pivoting the stopper assembly over the inner cylindrical member, a guide member attached to the handle as rising from the handle, a positioning member attached by insertion in a guide hole in the guide member for positioning of the handle, a positioning hole provided in the inner cylindrical member which can receive the positioning member, and a holding mechanism in the inner cylindrical member. A position of the stopper assembly with respect to the inner cylindrical member is determined by inserting the positioning member in the positioning hole.

LEVELING VALVE
A leveling valve includes: a piston configured to axially move along with the rotation of a lever; a stem joined to one axial end portion of the piston; a supply/exhaust valve configured to allow for communication between an air spring and a compressor as the stem moves in one direction from a neutral position, and the supply/exhaust valve allowing for communication between the air spring and an exhaust passage as the stem moves in another direction from the neutral position; a guide rod axially joined to another axial end portion of the piston; and a guide hole provided in a first cap member, and the guide hole being configured to support the guide rod in such a manner that the guide rod is slidable.
