Variable Stiffness Positioning Device for Railway Vehicle Bogie Axle Box
The present invention provides a variable stiffness positioning device for a railway vehicle bogie axle box. The variable stiffness positioning device includes a vertical elastomer arranged between the top face of an axle box bearing saddle and the bottom surface of a guide frame of a side fame, and a longitudinal elastomer arranged between the axle box bearing saddle and the front and back side faces of the guide frame of the side fame, the longitudinal elastomer is provided with at least one small-stiffness elastic element and a large-stiffness elastic element, and the small-stiffness elastic element is arranged in an elastomer pre-compression device and is serially arranged with the large-stiffness elastic element under the action of a pre-compression load F1. The longitudinal elastomer has a larger longitudinal compression stiffness when the longitudinal deformation displacement is very small, so that the railway vehicle can be guaranteed to have a higher snaking critical operation speed when operating on a straight line, and the acceleration operation demand of the vehicle is satisfied; when the longitudinal deformation displacement reaches a set numerical value, the longitudinal compression stiffness of the longitudinal elastomer starts to become small, so that when the railway vehicle passes by a curve, it can be guaranteed that the lateral force between wheel rails will not be too large, and thus the curve operation safety of the vehicle is guaranteed.
Variable Stiffness Positioning Device for Railway Vehicle Bogie Axle Box
The present invention provides a variable stiffness positioning device for a railway vehicle bogie axle box. The variable stiffness positioning device includes a vertical elastomer arranged between the top face of an axle box bearing saddle and the bottom surface of a guide frame of a side fame, and a longitudinal elastomer arranged between the axle box bearing saddle and the front and back side faces of the guide frame of the side fame, the longitudinal elastomer is provided with at least one small-stiffness elastic element and a large-stiffness elastic element, and the small-stiffness elastic element is arranged in an elastomer pre-compression device and is serially arranged with the large-stiffness elastic element under the action of a pre-compression load F1. A hanging merchandising product divider and pusher system and method dispense retail products. The system and method have a first divider having a length defined between a front end and a rear end and a height defined between a top end and a bottom end, at least one second divider having a length defined between a front end and a rear end and a height defined between a top end and a bottom end, and at least one connection plate connecting at least a portion of bottom end of the first divider to at least a portion of the bottom end of the second divider. The system and method also have at least one rear support connector connecting at least a portion of the rear end of the first divider to at least a portion of the rear end of the second divider and a first pocket defined by the first and second dividers, the connection plate, the rear support connector and the front ends of the first and second dividers, wherein the first pocket is sized or configured to receive one or more first retail products. Further, the system and method have a pusher paddle movably connected to the connection plate between the first and second dividers, wherein the pusher paddle is urged towards a front-side of the hanging system such that the pusher paddle moves the one or more products towards the front-side of the hanging system when the one or more first retail products are positioned within the first pocket of the hanging system, and rear mounting hangers located at a back-side of the hanging system.

Achieved is a rubber bushing for railroad trucks which has a novel structure and is capable of improving, for example, flame resistance to externally applied fire or the like without greatly degrading the basic properties demanded with respect to vibrational and load inputs. A rubber bushing 10 used for railroad car trucks comprises a shaft-like inner member 12 and an outer member 14, disposed on the outer peripheral side of the inner member 12 at a remove therefrom, which are linked by a rubber elastic body 16. A cover part 48 that covers an exposed end surface 44, from the outside thereof, where the rubber elastic body 16 is exposed to the outside between the axial ends of the inner member 12 and the outer member 14, is provided at an axial end of the rubber elastic body 16 as a separate member from the rubber elastic body 16.
